I have looked for an email address, but there is none. Live chat is unavailable. Girl on Twitter tells me to check the website I have had to contact my bank to tell them to stop all payments to Sky as a result. I called sky customer services on 0810719819, got through fairly quickly. I informed them i wanted to leave sky after 14 years. I was transferred to cancellations dept. Where after much pleading to stay including at a reduced rate i eventually managed to cancel my account free at last.
My TV says i am going to be disconnected because of non payment, but i have a mastercard direct debit so this should not happen. Now my mastercrd was hacked and they issued me with a new card. Something like this happened before though, but direct debits continued without any action on my side.
