Hello,Until July 2012 I lived in 42 Priory Avenue, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin The phone number associated with the account is 2880972. The house sold in July 2012, I rang Sky to CANCEL.I was persuaded instead of cancelling I could pay nothing, ring up with my new address in a few months and continue with the service. I had two house sales fall though so that did not happen. I discovered recently that Sky have been taking money out of my bank account since February 2013 for no service. The RTE channels shown on the Sky network are diabolical, the picture and sound keep breaking up and even freezing. do not tell me it is a problem with the atmospheric conditions as no other channels suffer like this.

My sky box keeps losing signal.i have plugged it out,pulled out the SIM card .i have phoned cuustom service, but the problem keeps reoccurring .i have phoned customer service again, but waiting time is seven minutes I can not afford it.

This is not a kind of complaint, but still i m putting in complaint box. Actually I am outside of Ireland for more than three months. In the mean time I had low credit in my account in July as far as i remember. Therefor, could not debited the monthly payment. And unfortunately my housemember is still out of entertainment. I tried to reach youbut after 13 minutes waiting the line disconnected while it was international call.
I have enough credit in my account numberw, so please debit monthly payment from my account and active the line.

I have a problem with my Sky box not receiving a satellite signal and have called sky to discuss. the tell me that my Skyplus box is out of warranty and will need a sky engineer to call at €100 fee and it cannot be scheduled until 23rd of October. This is very poor service and it is prompting me to leave Sky and setup free to air as I will not allow myself to be ripped off by this company.I am a customer for 11 years, but after this evening chat, it is time to go elsewhere.

I have just got sky installed after ten years with UPC.it was a big mistake as in the day of wireless I have a 60 foot electric cable thrown over my house and drilled through the front red brick which is now broken and I am informed this is standard instillation. Will you let me know if your company can send a professional trades man to refit correctly for me.

Hi, just few weeks ago i switched my broadband to sky. Over the last one week there is no internet signal or phone tone. I called number of times to sky broadband service, but they are unable to help. By saying I need to be near my phone, but how I could do so since I have to call them from somewhere else as my landline number is dead. I am so upset and wanted to cancel my contract with sky broadband.
