Hi..our sky tv box won't work. My daughter was watching sky this morning and it just went off, it said on the screen no signal code 25, so I turned it off and checked the input and output cables and I turned it back on again, still wouldn't work, it said box is initialising return in a short time , this is going on since 9:10 this morning, I checked the signal input and output and it said not locked,,,the weather is foggy but my neighbour has sky and his is working, there is no obstruction to the dish either, could you please help me with this, thanks

We are paying 87. 50€ per month for your channels. We have a white sky plus box and one old sky box as multi room. I have been told that my sky plus box is not suitable for on demand as it is old. I have spoken with five agents since Saturday morning and my issue has still not been resolved. I was told on each occasion a Manager would call me back. It still has not happened. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am seriously considering closing my sky account and moving to an alternative provider. In my opinion you really do not care about your customers, happy to take the money, but no support. I am really very disappointed with your lack of service for such a large organization.
My father died in December 2014 and we cancelled his account in January 2015. I have received my bank account statement which tells me that Sky Ireland has systematically taken €29 from my account since January. I request that you stop this immediately and reimburse me for the money taken. I called sky customer services on 0810719819, got through fairly quickly. I informed them i wanted to leave sky after 14 years. I was transferred to cancellations dept. Where after much pleading to stay including at a reduced rate i eventually managed to cancel my account free at last.
My TV says i am going to be disconnected because of non payment, but i have a mastercard direct debit so this should not happen. Now my mastercrd was hacked and they issued me with a new card. Something like this happened before though, but direct debits continued without any action on my side.

Hi, just few weeks ago i switched my broadband to sky. Over the last one week there is no internet signal or phone tone. I called number of times to sky broadband service, but they are unable to help. By saying I need to be near my phone, but how I could do so since I have to call them from somewhere else as my landline number is dead. I am so upset and wanted to cancel my contract with sky broadband.
I have just got sky installed after ten years with UPC.it was a big mistake as in the day of wireless I have a 60 foot electric cable thrown over my house and drilled through the front red brick which is now broken and I am informed this is standard instillation. The house sold in July 2012, I rang Sky to CANCEL.I was persuaded instead of cancelling I could pay nothing, ring up with my new address in a few months and continue with the service.
