the cable going over three street lights hanging there for six months ,it is just left on the street lights going over three properties, not connected on one end to anything

my phone has gone out a number of times now. there is just air when you pick up the phone and try to use it. I may have a difficult (medical) situation I can not allow this to keep happening. I am not sure how this can be fixed, but it must be fixed or I will have to change my services. Can not call out or no one can call in. I do not have a cell phone last time I had to leave my house to find a pay phone to call my grandson I believe I was just talking to a ashley and if I am not mistaken she has left and transferred me to technical support I do not think your customer services understand the severity of the problem. Merriel says shaw will reimburse me two dollars and 20 cents for the inconvenience I pushed for the reimbursement yeh no need to respond to me I have only been a customer for 100 years
