I returned a modem to Shaw in North Vancouver BC around the end of April 2015. I was informed it would take four weeks before I would receive the $140. 00 cheque. I have never received the cheque. I have called and spoken to five or more Shaw employees who have all taken down my information and told me this or that. They have all been helpful yet each one of them kept saying it takes four to six weeks for the cheque to arrive. They've had to put a stop payment on one because it NEVER ARRIVED. Now it's July 29, over three months since I returned the modem and I am still out the $140. 00. I have been very patient and not freaked out at any of the Shaw staff I spoke, but come on You've had your equipment since April so where is my money? So frustrating.
