My name is Susan Morris . I use the name CoolAutumn78. Over a week ago I started communicating with a guy Frank Williams. His username is frank4Love. I believe he is a con man. He told me that he lost his wife and daughter in a car accident. Parents are dead. He is British and lives in San Antonio, Tx. I cannot find any Frank Williams age 57 in San Antonio. He uses the words destiny and "it is no mistake that we met" " God wanted us to meet" etc. He lives in Texas, but travels abroad frequently. He told me he is a Geologist/gemologist. He just called me from Turkey and needed parts for his computer and needed my help (money). He promised to reimburse me. Naturally, I said noThis man is a con man and you are on notice. He will be looking for another victim. Please keep me posted. Report this man to the proper authorities. Thank you.
I want to cancel after the membership ends after this month thank you my name on the site is sexybrownman04 and I will let you know when I will rejoin. Thank you
I just joined this sight and am VERY unhappy with your service. It is full of scammers and people contacting me from other states. There are at least two men who have there photos on there. I am a man looking for a woman NOT A MAN. I understand all kinds of people are on here, but I have NEVER seen so many OVER WEIGHT and only a hand full of nice looking ladies. I am not looking for a beauty queen, but I am not going to a dog show either. I would like a refund for what I think I am paying a bad service.
On 21.02.2015 I sent you a complaint via this Customer Care email route, concerning an imposed Automatic Renewal of subscription. To date, 25.02.2015, I did not receive any response from you? Please respond as soon as possible. Hany
On 16th of February 2015, I have subscribed to your web-site, for $22 a month. Soon after my subscription, on 17th of February 2015. I was able to cancel the Renewal possibility. But this morning, while I was using the site, I encountered a big sign blocking the screen and persistently asking me to "Renew the subscription". This sign blocked the screen in my face, and prevented me from using the site. I was able to avoid this screen blocking nuisance a few times, but the last time it popped in my face I clicked by mistake on the Renewal button. My Account was "Set To Automatic Renewal at a Rate of 29.99"! I tried everything to correct the mistake and change this imposed Renewal, but I couldn't! There was no route of recourse in your site. I phoned your Customer care office, but it was closed. I am asking you to cancel this Automatic Renewal immediately, as I had no intention to renew at all. Please confirm receipt and process this complaint ASAP. Regards. Hany (user name: samy777)
Good morning. I joined your site this weekend. I clicked on the 50% off special for one month which should have been $15. 00 plus the fee that you tack on. When I checked my bank account this morning, you site had a debit against my bank for $58. 59, which I believe is a six month membership. I would like the balance added back to my account.
Somehow I either locked myself out of Senior People or someone hacked in. Neither email address that I thought I signed in on and password works. Also, someone should be on call to answer your problems when you call on your 866-727-8920 number on the weekend, rather that have to wait till Monday through Friday. Please email me my information to the email address below. Thank you for your help, I am a regular subscriber. Roxanne Mcmanus.
