This website is very unstable. It is constantly "not responding". I know it is not my computer, as others on the SeniorPeopleMeet complain about it as well. They lose connection all the time. I feel I should be offered a full refund as this website has and is not working properly. Every time I am on the site it goes down and does not respond. I am very dissatisfied and alert others to not join this website. I plan on complaining to the BBB for a full refund.

I specifically spoke with someone when I set this up and requested that my account NOT roll over and be recharged against my account for a second month. The person I talked to took me through the web site and together we set it up so that the account would NOT be recharged. Unbeknownst to me however and without my permission it was changed and I was recharged I want my money back and I want the money put back in my account.

He told me that he lost his wife and daughter in a car accident. Parents are dead. He is British and lives in San Antonio, Tx. I cannot find any Frank Williams age 57 in San Antonio. He uses the words destiny and "it is no mistake that we met" " God wanted us to meet" etc. He lives in Texas, but travels abroad frequently. He told me he is a Geologist/gemologist. He just called me from Turkey and needed parts for his computer and needed my help (money). He promised to reimburse me. Naturally, I said noThis man is a con man and you are on notice. On 16th of February 2015, I have subscribed to your web-site, for $22 a month. Soon after my subscription, on 17th of February 2015. I was able to cancel the Renewal possibility. But this morning, while I was using the site, I encountered a big sign blocking the screen and persistently asking me to "Renew the subscription". This sign blocked the screen in my face, and prevented me from using the site. I was able to avoid this screen blocking nuisance a few times, but the last time it popped in my face I clicked by mistake on the Renewal button. My Account was "Set To Automatic Renewal at a Rate of 29.99"! I tried everything to correct the mistake and change this imposed Renewal, but I couldn't! There was no route of recourse in your site. I phoned your Customer care office, but it was closed. I am asking you to cancel this Automatic Renewal immediately, as I had no intention to renew at all. The site Senior People Meet. Generates automatic Flirts to it's paying members to make you think people are interested in you. I have emailed other people who live 1, 000's of miles away to ask why they keep sending flirts. And they say we didn't. Just be honest Senior People Meet. And let the site take care of itself. Making false Flirts to people is basically just wrong. There is no way i should get 100 flirts a day.

I have tried four times to upgrade my account and my visa card has been declined four times. I wanted to take advantage of the special offer of $5. 95 per month for the six month period. On the fourth time I corrected the three digit number on the back of the

My friend was charged twice for over $80, when she only wanted one six months subscription. Tonight, she logged onto her account to find, it was hacked and had a guys photo and information on it instead of her's. This site is not safe and they make it very difficult to contact them. They have not answered the email, we sent about removing the extra charges. I told my friend to contact her credit card company as soon as possible and tell them to stop payment on these charges.

Trying again later, as in days, still results in this message. This is my second inquiry into this problem because no answer from the first, however i noticed today that when i hit the submit button, it grays out, but never returns telling me that the submission completed. I find out my account has been disabled and all messages i sent to others did not reach. my profile is not even on search. I have been trying for three days to access my account.
I have tried every combination and tried to access the password reset.
No email arrives at my email address and i am now wondering what email address i used to sing up.
I have gone through every email address i use and not one email from senior people meet is in any folder.

Good Morning, Friday evening was last day of my subscription, i was on your site. Your "block up page" came up, saying "last chance to subscribe". Well, being on a tablet at the time, and i am not sure if you know this, but you cannot close that screen on a tablet. Thus, you were illegally blocking me from my pages that i had a subscription for. In the process of being ticked off at you blocking me from my paid service, and am trying to get out of your illegal screen, i inadvertently touched the re-subscribe button. You automatically resubscribed me without a "confirm" option, another thing, that is illegal. You see, i keep on using the term illegal. Because i am from Canada and your tactics of blocking screens that i have paid for, and the way you re-subscribe people is illegal here. You have to ask permission, and then confirm about subscription, before you are allowed to resubscribe anyone to anything here.
So, in closing, i trust you will reimburse my credit card, now.

I have been trying to cancel my membership and they are not accepting it.I called in and spoke with Chris, he rejected my request to cancel and offered me free subscription to stay being member-- I persisted in requesting to cancel then he said He can not verify me, it was amazing that he was able to verify me to offer free extension to my subscription.I demanded supervisor-I was put on hold for very long periods- Chris kept coming back saying supervisor is busy and had to call me back-I insisted on staying on hold and I did, After some time they disconnected my line.I have wasted my time and i made clear to them to stop debiting my visa and they have denied to accept my cancellation while the law states that in canada one can not charge for goods or services those are not delivered in satisfactory manner- In my case I cant even access my site and they can see it and simply been requesting to cancel my subscription.The site will not allow me because I have forgotten my password.
