On 16th of February 2015, I have subscribed to your web-site, for $22 a month. Soon after my subscription, on 17th of February 2015. I was able to cancel the Renewal possibility. But this morning, while I was using the site, I encountered a big sign blocking the screen and persistently asking me to "Renew the subscription". This sign blocked the screen in my face, and prevented me from using the site. I was able to avoid this screen blocking nuisance a few times, but the last time it popped in my face I clicked by mistake on the Renewal button. My Account was "Set To Automatic Renewal at a Rate of 29.99"! I tried everything to correct the mistake and change this imposed Renewal, but I couldn't! There was no route of recourse in your site. I phoned your Customer care office, but it was closed. I am asking you to cancel this Automatic Renewal immediately, as I had no intention to renew at all. I have emailed other people who live 1, 000's of miles away to ask why they keep sending flirts. And they say we didn't. Just be honest Senior People Meet. And let the site take care of itself. I have tried four times to upgrade my account and my visa card has been declined four times. I wanted to take advantage of the special offer of $5. 95 per month for the six month period. On the fourth time I corrected the three digit number on the back of the
