One week ago I asked to be renewed for the $39.95 rate and gave Senior People Meet site a new expiration date and authorization number for the same credit card I used the first time around and it came back declined. My subscription has now run out. I tried your "help" line to correct this problem, but keep getting "error on page" when I try to "submit" my question. I have been trying to cancel my membership and they are not accepting it.I called in and spoke with Chris, he rejected my request to cancel and offered me free subscription to stay being member-- I persisted in requesting to cancel then he said He can not verify me, it was amazing that he was able to verify me to offer free extension to my subscription.I demanded supervisor-I was put on hold for very long periods- Chris kept coming back saying supervisor is busy and had to call me back-I insisted on staying on hold and I did, After some time they disconnected my line.I have wasted my time and i made clear to them to stop debiting my visa and they have denied to accept my cancellation while the law states that in canada one can not charge for goods or services those are not delivered in satisfactory manner- In my case I cant even access my site and they can see it and simply been requesting to cancel my subscription.The site will not allow me because I have forgotten my password.

Good Morning, Friday evening was last day of my subscription, i was on your site. Your "block up page" came up, saying "last chance to subscribe". Well, being on a tablet at the time, and i am not sure if you know this, but you cannot close that screen on a tablet. Thus, you were illegally blocking me from my pages that i had a subscription for. In the process of being ticked off at you blocking me from my paid service, and am trying to get out of your illegal screen, i inadvertently touched the re-subscribe button. You automatically resubscribed me without a "confirm" option, another thing, that is illegal. You see, i keep on using the term illegal. Because i am from Canada and your tactics of blocking screens that i have paid for, and the way you re-subscribe people is illegal here. You have to ask permission, and then confirm about subscription, before you are allowed to resubscribe anyone to anything here.
So, in closing, i trust you will reimburse my credit card, now.

Tonight, she logged onto her account to find, it was hacked and had a guys photo and information on it instead of her's. This site is not safe and they make it very difficult to contact them. I have emailed other people who live 1, 000's of miles away to ask why they keep sending flirts. And they say we didn't. Just be honest Senior People Meet. And let the site take care of itself.
