Best way to start is I had a 1400 appointment at sears auto dept. For my drivers side window I told them about the window would not go down or up. A lady that I TALK withthe nigth before and was told with labor and part it would cost 269. 00. When I arrived young man i was told is the new manager. Told me that it will cost me 179. 00 dollar just to take off the door then diagnose the problem and could cost me around 400. 00 dollars. I said to him i know what the problem is the window will not go up or down iwas not happy and cancell service. Also while I have your attention a week ago i had to reture so the cover under the engine was hanging when I HAD A BELTED INSTALLED the mechanic calls me over to tell me that I have a oil leak which was not true because Ijust had my oil chance by sears. I hope mechanics are not going back to there ways of telling customers things thry do not need because that was why I stop useing sears auto.

I have spent hours trying and a time span of ten months to get my billing by mail. Extremely poor communication. Sears is a good company that is being undermined by citibank. My community says I am very easy going, but sears Master card has pushed me to my limit. I want to get my bill paid. My frozen account is getting bigger, I can not see it or pay on it. A divorce has complicated it and not being able to have clear communication with you I can not get get it paid. It's about as frustrating as driving a car with a blind fold on and having someone else tell you were you are. Please help. A phone call would help a lot. Thank you.

Seems once you have a sears card you can never close the account. I have tried multiple times and they say they will send confirmation, but they never do am tired of being lied to. Want all accounts closed and confirmation sent.
