Stc is a poor services provided company. 20 January I buy a data recharge card which serial number is8696598059 on data SIM 831044570721 by using iqma ID 2387056142. Card is recharge, but i do not get the data balance. When i call 900 (more than 15 time) they tell me vocher is recharge on your number But techinal problem you can not get data balance. Wait wait. Ples. Now one weak gone, , 3 time take complain, , but no responce. Vear poor and bad custmer services. I do not know how the company get AWARD. INTERNATIONAL.
