I am an Indian. Unluckly I bought a Samsung TV plasma 43" from Saudi Arabia Jeddh, in last December 11, 2012. and it is having a international warranty of one year. Now the TV is In India (KERALA-Trichur) and giving trouble since last two months. It gets automatically off. First the Picture goes off and later the sound also. We made a complaint on your toll free number and try to contact via only complaint also the complaint number is No:-845213778. What shall I do now. The service is very very very poor....... The only mistake what I did is only I bought a Samsung TV... that's all..Please.Please..

I bought 32inches LCD TV of your product on the 17 of March 2012 by June ending it develop screen problem call dealer that I bought it from he told me to return it back with the carton, on the ten of July 2012 I return the TV, uptill today I am yet to receive my TV back
