hi cant get thru to service number i had a transaction for $20.03 the card charged $100 this is the second time this has happened to me in the last month merchant was contacted please fix it or i am taking my finances else where.
I have a cash deposit of $240. 00 plus $91. 75 that has not yet shown on my account 5883. I am aware of the issues that your company is having however my daughter has major physical and mental health issues and needs her medians. She only has two days of meds left. If she doesn't take her meds she could die This is a very serious matter and under NO circumstances should this matter be taking this long to resolve. You should have been able to reinstall your back ups until your IT company has the issues resolved. If my money is not made available to me within the next five days I will be contacting an attorney in reference to this matter. Please be advised that if anything happens to my daughter due to this matter and your total disregard for customers you will be receiving a major lawsuit from myself and possibility many others. I would appreciate a response from you as soon as possible and a check for the full $331. 75 that you are refusing to release to me.
I can not get a hold of any one on the phone when it tells me press 0 to talk to someone it ring four time then hangs up.
My deposit is not in my account and I can not seem to reach your customer service cause your phone keeps changing up on me.

Good Morning, My name is Virgil Butler , and I have been on hold for about an hour now, and no one is picking up the phone, there has been and still is a problem with my Rush Card and I do not seem to be getting any help from anyone. I was suppose to have a direct deposit the morning and I have not received it. I'm seriously thinking about not using this card any more, because there have been problems lately and no one seems to care about it.

When i call my card in it tells me it has not been activated when it has i have used it for four or five weeks now i get paid today please let me know how or what to do.
