I forgot my password and cannot get back into my account because there is way to retrieve it. I cannot send a message to their 24/7 support because I cannot log in and there is no one to talk to on the phone. It just refers you back to the 24/7 support This is ridiculous.
I want my money back for the inadequate service that I've received. I paid $30 to not be able to get on the site. I ahev tried multiple browser and laptops, ipads, phone apps and nothing will open Roomster. I have no problems with any other site that I try to use, Only Roomster. Same with the app. I can not even get into my mail without it freezing. This all becomes very frustrating for someone who is trying to connect with potential leads to get the room rented ASAP as I can not afford the rent on the room ontop of my own. It was a process even getting any kind of number to be able to contact Roomster with this problem as it will not connect me to their site. Not to mention I finally get a number for them and it says their closed. Only open from 12 am - 12 pm. This is so frustrating and I have never had such an issue with a.com.

I have complaint against the automatic renewal system in Roomster. I was not informed about the renewal or the charge on my account. Not even an email saying that my account was renewed. May I please have the renewal cancelled and get a refund of my money please ?
