Riyadh bank has the worst customer service you call for an inquiry and first of all there are very few people who can speak in english with you either they are not there or if they are you have to stay on hold for ages to speak to someone who can talk in english secondly if by chance you get someone on line they are highly unprofessional, rude and impatient will simply give you another number to call or put you on hold for an infinite time or they have insufficient information....simply disgusting i regret having an account in this bank.

Hello My Iqama was re-newed online at MOI at the 12th of September 2013. After weeks of struggle, I have still not receive my new Iqama from the company that I work for. My old Iqama have expired on the 24th of September and thus my account was frozen.
My August month salary was paid into my account, but I can get no clarity from the people I work for when I will receive my new Iqama.
In the meanwhile, I have a serious problem with cash flow back in my home country.
Is there no way that you could access MOI and unfroze my account?

Dear Sir, I went Riyadh bank (Jubail) to open my bank account, they tried to open account finally they found error while completion of opening process, I requested to finish to process to open my account, they did not, I tried to open in other branches of Riyad Bank, they declined to open my account as they told request submitted from jubail branch they have to finish the process. I feel mad and disappointed on calling here. I called this 10am the man who answered me told me to call again at 1 pm because the system is down. I call again at 1 pm and he told me to call at 4 pm because the system is down. Why like this? He is not asking my problem he told me immediately the system is down. Let me tell now why i am calling its because of my husband's account with you. Its happening many times that if its salary time, the ATM machine always tell sorry for the inconvenience. We are working hard to get our salary and to received it on time for us to send the money to our family back home,, but because your system for my husbands account is always down every salary time he cannot get or withdraw the money immediately, like yesterday all of his co employees got their salaries already, but for him the answer of ATM machine is sorry for the inconvenience.
