I called about my phone's multimedia DVD not working and my Internet not working for montjd, yet I have been paying for service that doesn't work. I spoke to a wonderful representative that helped me with my phone configuration,, but then my service was disconnected and I just paid my bill yesterday Now I can not make calls. Before it would not allow me to call others back, when I hit missed call button. It always gave me a message. Like I have 2. 00 or 200 cents and wouldn't connect the call. Disappointed to the max. Now I'm on another 20 min hold to get help:((((((.
I was not told that face-time would not work with my iPhone when I signed up and was told many mis truths regarding this lack of service.

I purchased a plan online,but did never get a order number generated. I tried calling customer care multiple times, but it was always on hold and nobody ever picked the call. I have waited for more than half hours on line with no success. Now the bank says that transaction has been done, but when bank is checking with Red pocket they are not responding. I do not know whom to contact if the customer service is not reachable. Its almost ten days, but no clue.

This is the THIRD month I've tried to change my account to AUTO REFILL. This company is substandard and employs people who can not understand English. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED!
