I would like to make a formal complaint that a cheque bearing no 974006, for an amount of 572/AED dated 10/2/15 was deposited at the ATM GF business Village-0376 ATM No on 11/2/15. Till date this amount has not hit the beneficiary account. On enquiry from our office it has been found that this amount has been debited from the Company amount, but not credited to the beneficiary account-Humm-urair branch, Dubai. Request you kindly look into the same and to effect the credit as soon a possible.
My name is Ramachandran. I am writing this complaint because now two times i contacted rak bank for the opening of account unfortunately not as i received information that blacklisted. I do not have any connection with rak bank only one time 2007 one of the sales staff contacted me for credit card and i given the details passport copy and slayry certificate but my office called me and told there are smoe errors. I would like to get feed back on this.

Broken note through ATM I took cash from your ATM at Karama one 500DH was found broken. One end small piece is missing. Nobody ready to accept this note. Kindly replace the note very urgently. I am an account holder of RAK Bank since last six years.Yours faithfully Premarajan.
