My credit card has been charged for automatic renewal. I did not have it set to do that. I was quite apprehensive about using a on line dating site so I wanted to try it for only a month. Please contact me or credit my account. I will be contacting the cc company today to put the issue on the record. I wish to withdraw from Ourtime. I do not find it useful for me. PS: RE: The photo requirement: I Get a error message saying file not found. The file is a good fill with a proper address., Your software would not upload my photo. It is the same as used on my profileTW.

I was denied a refund because it is against your policy. I did NOT ask for renewal of my subscription nor I initialized it. It had to be a glitch in the your system or a programming error. Not even your supervisor wanted to help me with a charge that I did not wish to have. I consider that a FRAUD committed by Match and OurTime. It may also be a programming issue on your site. I was very careful NOT to click on your popup, but "X" out of there. Only when I click on your note on my personal email that I got an email, it would go straight to the OurTime email and bypass the popup. I feel cheated and ripped off. This is NOT the way to conduct a business.

It is of the utmost importance that I am called by someone in a high standing position. I have a dispute in 're of your billing dept. You have ripped me off of $111, you have stolen my money...and I want it back. I had no intention on paying for usage of your site for 6 months. I did want to subscribe for a month, but that was all. If you fail to make your bad...right, I have no problem in contacting the Better Business Bureau. All I am asking is for me to be billed $29.99 for 1 month. I will be disputing this further with my credit card company, at their request, and to contact my attorney for information as to the direction to go if this is not taken care of. I am not threatening anyone, but merely defending my rights as a consumer.

I continuously receive a message at the bottom of my emails from your website, that says that I must update my credit card info because my card expires in February of 2015 even though my membership is paid up until April of 2015. The message says that I must do that in order to answer my messages even though I am paid up for months in advance. When I try to access customer service I am told that I must activate 3rd party cookies to be able to do that. What is a third party cookie and why didn't I need to do that to pay for my membership in advance. Please straighten out your book keeping.
