I have been a member of Ourtime for the better part of the year. I have not met one person in person. I've discovered many strange types, liars, cheaters and really sick stuff too. I made a point to select "no auto" renew, as this is not working for me. I noted my membership expired 7/18/13. On that day, I went to the site by my pone. It looked like account had been renewed! I thought it was over and I went to delete profile for good.

I wrote to you a few days ago, but have yet to receive a response. If my account was charged, I will file a complaint with CC company and better biz bureau.

I wanted to see what the options were and the discounted prices...so I clicked on it. But, to my surprise...it automatically renewed my membership. I've emailed you on 9/26/13 telling you to stop service and told your company that I will no longer allow Ourtime to bill my credit card for charges. You've ignored this email in addition to me having "successfuly unsescribe" any charges will now be disputed with my credit card company as I do not agree to these emails or their terms. I will notify my credit card company to no longer accept charges. You will not receive payment once these charges are disputed.

If you caught me before I turned that 'stop automatically renewing' button you should have opted for the shortest/same term chosen the first time I signed up. I almost fell victim to a scam from one of your on line participants. His name is Michael Roland-Glen Rock luvpancakes. I chatted with him for two 1/2 months, learned he was in the Army for 12 years and was coming home for good sometime in November. I sensed something early on so I asked him to send me pictures of himself and one was of him in his fatigues with the name ROLAND on it which put me at ease. An extremely handsome man claiming he'd been cheated on by his wife seven years ago. Throughtout all the e-mails received, some of the red flags was his repetitiveness to starting and ending the conversations the exact same way, his repetitive questions, and his overwhelming religion with God and best of all, wanting to marry me which was so strange. The last e-mail I received on Tue 11/4/14, was him telling me that he forgot to make a donation to an orphanage. He needed my support in purchasing five Macbooks and four iPhone6's. Between the web site and the customer service call, I'm not sure what's been worse. I can not login or change my password and they put me on a site I didn't sign up for. Now I call customer service and I've been hung up on twice after being on hold forever and the call between the hang ups when I talked to the customer service rep. The issue was not resolved. Thanks for wasting two hours of my day.

I called people media this past week to cancel my subscription. I called on the termination date. I was told that the subscription was cancelled and $ was returned to my bank account. Yet I keep getting emails as if my account is still open. Please advise me. I want to cancel my account. CaroleBerkowitz.

I cancelled my account that I thought was only going to be approx $14.00, because my card was charged $84.00. I would like my money reimbursed and want nothing else to do with this company. There was nothing in the add about the high charge. I don't appreciate false ad ertising
