It is of the utmost importance that I am called by someone in a high standing position. I have a dispute in 're of your billing dept. You have ripped me off of $111, you have stolen my money...and I want it back. I had no intention on paying for usage of your site for 6 months. I did want to subscribe for a month, but that was all. If you fail to make your bad...right, I have no problem in contacting the Better Business Bureau. All I am asking is for me to be billed $29.99 for 1 month. I will be disputing this further with my credit card company, at their request, and to contact my attorney for information as to the direction to go if this is not taken care of. I am not threatening anyone, but merely defending my rights as a consumer.

I continuously receive a message at the bottom of my emails from your website, that says that I must update my credit card info because my card expires in February of 2015 even though my membership is paid up until April of 2015. The message says that I must do that in order to answer my messages even though I am paid up for months in advance. When I try to access customer service I am told that I must activate 3rd party cookies to be able to do that. What is a third party cookie and why didn't I need to do that to pay for my membership in advance. Please straighten out your book keeping.

However when I get to the credit card info it does not take it as correct My bank changed the last four numbers a while back and I notified them. I only have two cards and neither will work. Purchased one months service on 12/17/2014. Entry to site and my page no problem until yesterday. Now, every time I go to enter, I'm kicked to a page to purchase a membership. I can not get past this page after checking and double checking both my name and password. Would like to accesses my account as that my months service is NOT up. Please remove Twinkle Deals.com in your website or in Ourtime.com web site. Twinkle Deals is a scum, a ripped off, bad reputation company. I ordered from Twinkle because it's being advertise in Ourtime.com web. I didn't read first all the bad reviews. No good reviews. You won't get all your orders or items that you paid for and ordered plus what they show in the website is not the actual item as you received your order. The items in the web site looks great, but in reality it looks awful, poor quality doesn't even looks nice. It looked like some lousy seamstress just tried imitate the item in the web site, but looks bad.
