There is No place on the site to contact you, I paid then you gave me a free month, then i received a charge from one of your affiliates and most of the men were scammers, I finally made contact with a real person, a gentleman and you blocked me from him, what are you doing? Your website is cumbersome, more difficult than it needs to be and not user friendly and your chat is slow. Dear OURTIME. The navigtion and links on you site STINK . And judging from all the complaints listed below. It's obvious that I'm not the only customer who is sorry they signed up with OURTIME
In addition, since OURTIME is directed towards senior citizens. Making your customers jump through so many hoops, to get what they already paid for. Is infuriating. Your company is a perfect prospect for a class action law suit. As well as a boat load of bad publicity. And a destroyed reputation. I've signed up with other dating sites, and none of them provide service as bad as yours. And, none of them have so many obstacles in the way of getting assistance as yours.

I received a bill from Discover Card for 127 dollars. I cannot access the full ourtime. After paying why cant I access the account. I did not ask for the renewal in fact I cancelled it. I was charged anyway. I would like to try using the site again, but I cant I am ready to work with Discover and possibly the lawyers if Discover cant help me. Currently I'm not a paying member, today I've tied to upgrade my account online, but my credit card was declined, I've tied a different card and a PayPay option, but was the same. Then I called the customer service many times. I'm in Europe now and they said that is why my credit cards are getting declined. Then I called the credit card company and was told that there no problem with my card. I've asked my son to pay from the USA with the same card I have on file, but it was declined either. Then he used his credit card and was the same. Last year when I was here, in Europe for a while, had the same problem, I called customer service payed by phone and got the same offer like it was online 50% without any problem. You can see the payment from May 12 2015. How can I upgrade my account online or by phone and get that 50% off offer I've got online. Hope you'll help me with this situation. This is the worst dating site I have ever been on. Your VEIW's are insane. Just because I login and and you show me two people to choose from. They are NOT my views. A view should be if I actually go in and see and read their profile. I had 20 pages of views and I never viewed a single one of them. You put them as matches and I said "NO" to almost all of them. I set my parameters for men within commuting distance (50 miles from Taunton) and men no younger than 75. I was a member last year and found I was continuously getting messages from people who did not exist. A complete waste of time and money. I was on my phone last night trying to figure out how I could stop the constant messages I still get and hit something on my phone that seemed to re-create my account and seems I am enrolled again against my wishes. I have let American Express know if any charge gets put through my account it is not valid. They have advised me to contact you to get all my info deleted from the system to avoid any further issues. My subscription (been a member for one year) runs out June 8. I've chosen not to renew until the end of the summer. It is so obvious that you are manipulating my account activity to entice me to rejoin now. Going so far as blocking my messages from being sent to matches who have contacted me and blocking on-line chatting. Expect you will release my messages after by account expires then send me notices when the recipients reply to my messages. Thus forcing me to sign up for another subscription in order to read those new messages from matches. This is in violation of the terms of the services I have paid for. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office. I consider OurTime's behavior to be fraud. Shame on the person who reads this for working for such an unethical company. You are just as guilty as the company.

I started out at Ourtime.com by signing up for a "free membership", which I learned meant that I could look, but not meet, or communicate with, as the advertisement touted. I made the decision to try a 1-month membership. When I moved to a basic membership, for one month the ad said it would cost 14. 98$. I soon discovered that the "Basic Membership" allowed me to answer only five member's messages per month. Against my better judgement I decided to upgrade to a full membership a few weeks later at a cost of 29. 95a month (18th of April). Instead an entirely new account was started that I knew not of, I was charged a total of 205. 23 for 1month of service. Then I asked to refund my money(I did not have service). At that point my checks started bouncing You provided a month. three weeks of service. I want at least 150. 00$ returned to my account or I will press fraud charges, this is not a request, I demand it.

I called to dispute the automatic renewal charge and service person hung up on Me . She said my email account has been compromised. I'm aware of this and the secure breach has been fixed. Your automatic renewal policy is unethical. Negative option billing is unethical. I have tried many times to subscribe and upgrade, with no success. My bank tells me that the problem is with your gateway. Your telephone service for assistance was also less than helpful. Are you aware that once you are logged in to a personal page, there is nowhere to go for assistance or advice as to contact details. So far I have experienced nothing, but frustration and time wasted. I would assume this service would be better once I am fully paid up; however, Our Time will not permit that. Please advise how to overcome this issue.

I decided to make an account for my dad on May five, 2016. I decided to cancel an hour later on May five, 2016 when I felt the sight was not fullfilling the needs I requested for my dad. I would like a refund of my money. The sight said it would only charge me $7. 99 for the first week and after that weekly until I cancel my account. My account was charged a total of $33. 95.
