I bought the massage chair U diva just late last year. At first, I was told I could ask for a totally new chair within first year warranty. Subsequently, when I experienced the first problem - the roller is making too much noise and it seems odd, I went to the shop, I was informed no exchange of new chair, but exchange of spare part. They came down and checked and said need to wait for spare part. After a couple of weeks, they changed. Now I am facing a second problem, I already switched on the power,, but the remote light is not switched on. I am calling OSIM now. But it keeps saying I am number one in the queue for so long. No one is picking up at all. Please call me at 97481072. Why can a new massage chair be faulty twice within first few months? it seems it cannot last beyond the warranty period.
