I'm following up my call regarding the request to change my two pin plug to three pin plug which is delivery wrongly. I only being told that OSIM deliver wrong plug to me when I engage the service to my massage chair recently. I have been spoke to the Singapore Osim customer care service, however, they never revert to as promised will arrange after check with the serviceman. I'm trying to call the service line, and always in queue four and the line cut off because run out off time when turn to queue number 1. We have been stopped using the massage after the serviceman told us using two pin is dangerous. I was wonder, how can the delivery make a this mistake which will harm user life?

I bought the massage chair U diva just late last year. At first, I was told I could ask for a totally new chair within first year warranty. Subsequently, when I experienced the first problem - the roller is making too much noise and it seems odd, I went to the shop, I was informed no exchange of new chair, but exchange of spare part. They came down and checked and said need to wait for spare part. After a couple of weeks, they changed. Now I am facing a second problem, I already switched on the power,, but the remote light is not switched on. I am calling OSIM now. But it keeps saying I am number one in the queue for so long. I have two OSIM UMIST at home, but both are not working. Suspect the AC Adaptors are faulty for both units. The first one broke down and i changed the AC Adaptor. It works fine. Somehow when I fill the water to the max, all the water starts overflowing and it does not work.
