I called on 22 Feb. 2016 to change the PVC covering which is torned and split along the lining. At that time Jolene took the call and told me I have to wait 10-12 weeks for the material to arrive. I called on 18 April to check and Mandy said the material has not arrived. On 18 July I spoke to Miss Chang and was again told to wait 1-2 weeks for the material to be offloaded from the ship. Again I called on one August and Mr. Jackie assured me someone will call me this week to collect the massage chair. I called this morning to check and was told I am No. one on the queue. I held on to the phone as instruced and was cut off as the waiting time had exceeded. How can the phone be cut off when I am the No. one in the queue? How long more must I wait? I only being told that OSIM deliver wrong plug to me when I engage the service to my massage chair recently. I'm trying to call the service line, and always in queue four and the line cut off because run out off time when turn to queue number 1.
