I have requested for the change of the skin of my osim chair since Feb 2016 and have paid the fee. It is already Nov 2016 now and in between I have called at least three to five times and the CS promised to call me back when the material is shipped in. I spoke to Colin Koch of customer service regarding my U Angel massage chair seat leather peeling off. Needed help and advice on action needed. Emailed him photos and he said will get back to me after review. It has been two weeks. Kept calling and leaving message, but didn't get back. How can such big company advertising how divine their products is, produce this kind of product and service. Your massage chair is not cheap. I have made numerous calls for the upholstery of my OS818 U-divine-Brown which the quality of material cracked and torn and peeling off. Your customer officer (gentleman)30 April took down my particular details and advise that the material need to be ordered and it will take 10-12 weeks to arrive. I called again on Mid July and advised that materials has not arrived and should be in End August. I called on 22 Feb. 2016 to change the PVC covering which is torned and split along the lining. At that time Jolene took the call and told me I have to wait 10-12 weeks for the material to arrive. I called on 18 April to check and Mandy said the material has not arrived. On 18 July I spoke to Miss Chang and was again told to wait 1-2 weeks for the material to be offloaded from the ship. Again I called on one August and Mr. Jackie assured me someone will call me this week to collect the massage chair. I called this morning to check and was told I am No. one on the queue. I held on to the phone as instruced and was cut off as the waiting time had exceeded. How can the phone be cut off when I am the No. one in the queue? How long more must I wait? Is there no customer service or support after your product is sold? Please call me at 96791312 as soon as possible as I have waited six months for the massage chair to be given a new covering.

I'm following up my call regarding the request to change my two pin plug to three pin plug which is delivery wrongly. I only being told that OSIM deliver wrong plug to me when I engage the service to my massage chair recently. I have been spoke to the Singapore Osim customer care service, however, they never revert to as promised will arrange after check with the serviceman. I'm trying to call the service line, and always in queue four and the line cut off because run out off time when turn to queue number 1. We have been stopped using the massage after the serviceman told us using two pin is dangerous. I was wonder, how can the delivery make a this mistake which will harm user life?

I bought the massage chair U diva just late last year. At first, I was told I could ask for a totally new chair within first year warranty. Subsequently, when I experienced the first problem - the roller is making too much noise and it seems odd, I went to the shop, I was informed no exchange of new chair, but exchange of spare part. They came down and checked and said need to wait for spare part. After a couple of weeks, they changed. Now I am facing a second problem, I already switched on the power,, but the remote light is not switched on. I am calling OSIM now. But it keeps saying I am number one in the queue for so long. I bought Umist baby from the Singapore airport this morning.
Somehow when I fill the water to the max, all the water starts overflowing and it does not work.
It appears to only work when i fill up only a quarter of the container.

I reside in Australia, but if it needs to be repaired, can it only be done in Singapore?
