My Nutribullet didn't work and I called you. The agent told me I needed a new base unit and I bought one from you for $55. It didn't work either, so I called again. The second phone agent figured out it was the "nibs" on the cup, not the base unit that were defective. He spoke with his manager and said they would send a prepaid mailer back for the new base unit and refund my $55 AND send me a new big cup to replace the defective one for my inconvenience. You never sent the mailer to me, never refunded my $55, and didn't send me the new big cup. I LOVE the Nutribullet and as a family doctor, tell all my patients it is the healthiest way to get fruits, vegetables, and lose weight.
I am more than dis satisfied I tried to call customer service over a 12 hour period. I continually left my number to "remain in line" and be called back to NO AVAIL I literally spent the whole day trying to contact your company. What a farse.
I have been calling and calling and cannot get thru my nutria bullet I do not even have two weeks with it and its not working it burned and smoke came out when I added ice to crush the ice. I need to send it back to get a new one or get it fixed.
I dialed the number twice, on hold for 15 minutes each time, then I filed my number so they would call me in my number according to the Que. Five hours later, still waiting.
I have done the same thing four times today already. 12 hours later. And still calling. Leaving my return number, as i still cannot get through. And still no one has called me back!.
We purchased the Nutribullet 900 at Boscov's department store, on 26 June 2014. This past week it has been malfunctioning. It will not run long enough to process the items we put into it. We would appreciate, if you would send us a return shipping label, or instruct us on how to proceed on getting it repaired or replaced. This appliance is registered under warranty. UPC
I have purchased a Nutribullet via flip cart recently and it does not work properly from day one and now it's broken down. Very unhappy with product. Please take it back.
I bought my Nutribullet two years ago and now the motor is VERY LOUD and ear piercing. I can not use it like that. I did get the four year warranty,, but I can not find my receipt. Do you have that on record? Can I get a replacement Nutribullet or get it fixed? Thank You.
I haven't had my Nutribullet for even a year and when I put in slot to start it I have to hold it down to keep it on, which makes it harder to use.
