My entire nutribullet machine is not working. I bought it last year 2015. I try to call the number I use to purchase it, but the number is not working. Can someone please respond to me.
i have owned the uniy for two years. the motor seems to work when it feels like it. the outlets i am using are fine. basically, i am discarding (will not blend) more than i am ingestingi am 79 years of age. i simply can not afford to purchase another unit. this should not happen. any solution?.
I have a Nutribullet and the part that grinds up the food seized up. I am wondering if there is some kind of warranty on the product?.
I brought a Nutribullet from Amazon and have used it for about four months. I was making a smoothie for my children and found pieces of the rubber seal within their smoothie. Obviously this is highly dangerous and could have been a potential choking hazards. I'm only thankful I had a sip and found it not them. I have attached a photo of the deal, but threw the remainder in the bin with the smoothie. I am no longer using the Nutribullet and would like to know what you are going to do about this. you had sent us a new blade. The new blade does not stay tightly closed and liquid is leaking out and going into the machine. We have tried to tighten it more but that does not help. Can you help us out. thank you.
My Nutribullet didn't work and I called you. The agent told me I needed a new base unit and I bought one from you for $55. It didn't work either, so I called again. The second phone agent figured out it was the "nibs" on the cup, not the base unit that were defective. He spoke with his manager and said they would send a prepaid mailer back for the new base unit and refund my $55 AND send me a new big cup to replace the defective one for my inconvenience. You never sent the mailer to me, never refunded my $55, and didn't send me the new big cup. I LOVE the Nutribullet and as a family doctor, tell all my patients it is the healthiest way to get fruits, vegetables, and lose weight.
I am more than dis satisfied I tried to call customer service over a 12 hour period. I continually left my number to "remain in line" and be called back to NO AVAIL I literally spent the whole day trying to contact your company. What a farse.
I have been calling and calling and cannot get thru my nutria bullet I do not even have two weeks with it and its not working it burned and smoke came out when I added ice to crush the ice. I need to send it back to get a new one or get it fixed.
I dialed the number twice, on hold for 15 minutes each time, then I filed my number so they would call me in my number according to the Que. Five hours later, still waiting.
I have done the same thing four times today already. 12 hours later. And still calling. Leaving my return number, as i still cannot get through. And still no one has called me back!.
We purchased the Nutribullet 900 at Boscov's department store, on 26 June 2014. This past week it has been malfunctioning. It will not run long enough to process the items we put into it. We would appreciate, if you would send us a return shipping label, or instruct us on how to proceed on getting it repaired or replaced. This appliance is registered under warranty. UPC

I haven't had my Nutribullet for even a year and when I put in slot to start it I have to hold it down to keep it on, which makes it harder to use.

I had both of my gaskets come out of two extractor blades. I couldn't get them back in and called the number above for information. I have been on the phone for about ten minutes and the operator mike (he's freezing in Utah) has already set me up with replacement blades and all. I have to pay $5. 98 for shipping. I am very happy with Nutribullet and grateful that i will be juicing again in a week. I shall miss it till then.
