I also stated that when it does function properly the cabin cools down fast. two of your distributor's service centers gave me opinions which differed widely together with costs even without touching my car. I am from Malaysia and I own a Nissan Sylphy 2011. Recently my air conditioner displayed rapid changes from compressor mode to ventilation mode on the dial that is closer to the driver. The light tends to change from one mode to the other so quickly sometimes that the air con does not cool the cabin. Sometimes the compressor works well and the cabin cools down. I have had this problem for about three weeks now. I am writing to you because I took the car to two service centers of Tan Chong Motors, your sole distributors in Malaysia. Sadly, both of them gave me opinions and diagnosis and prices that were very different from the other. Both of them came to their conclusions without even touching the car or asking me to register for an opinion. My air con is still unsatisfactory and I really do not know what to do next. Can you advise me?.

My Nissan Sentra N16 year 2002/2003 model gear box when the engine is cold, the gear is not able to engage, If I were to engage to R, the gear changes smoothly. Besides when the engine is in hotcondition I have no problem. Based on my survey carried out from the Nissan Sentra owners I amsurprised to hear and confirmed that this is a generic problem facedon Nissan Sentra car of similar year. There are many other people ofsame model encountering similar problem. Moreover a friend of mine whoowns a Nissan Sentra year 2002 faced similar problem and changed thegearbox as per recommended by the workshop. However after a yearchanging the gearbox, similar problem gear is not able to engagereoccurred. I am wandering what could be the root cause and this could be designrelated. We do not see similar problem on other models and cars.

To The Concern Authority, This is regarding the refusal of Extended Warranty on my Sunny XL vehicle which was bought from Sidheshwar Nissan, Gurgaon (Haryana), INDIA in Feb 2013 along with Extended Warranty, for which relevant documents are attached. Nissan is telling that it is not reflecting in the system. When as a customer I have got all relevant documents, then it is upto Nissan to sort it out internally and do the needful. I would like to report an issue regarding the ESCL of my car. I bought my Nissan Altima 2011 from Alhamrani United Company, located in Jeddah, KSA. Last 23 June 2015, i could not start my car and it is showing “key” in yellow, but all systems (lights, door lock, etc.) are working. I investigated in the internet what is wrong with the car and found out regarding an issue with ESCL. I found out that there was a campaign to the ESCL issue due to a manufacturing irregularity in North Ameria. I paid more than 1, 000 USD to fix this problem. I sent the above complaint to Nissan Middle East and they informed me that the ESCL issue is only for North America. This is so unfair because the ESCL is not like a tire which will be worn out after so many years of use. There is a problem with the Nissan ESCL not only in North America, but also the Nissan units in Saudi Arabia. Anthony Ferraris .
I bought a new Nissan Terrano in India on 29/10/2013 and I was one of the first few buyers in India / Kolkata. I am sorry to state that product is not meeting quality standards. Within a year there is a complaint of AC pipe burst and now after few months clutch plate got burnt. I can not drive the vehicle now. Failure of parts in such a short span of time with just over 11000 Kms of run indicates something seriously wrong with parts. Dealer says it would take 17-18 days to get the new parts. Extremely disappointed to say that I will have to hire another vehicle for 17 days New clutch plate is not covered under warranty and it would cost 20000 bugs Not seen such issues with other manufactures .

In August 2009 I bought a brand new Nissan QUASHQAI Acenta with plate ION-7148. All services of this car so far have been made to authorized Nissan services. Two years ago began to show a fall in the level of brake fluid and the lighting of LED ESP. To visit an authorized workshop ALPHA AUTO TEAM AE the 06/03/15 diagnosed leakage of brake pump and suggested immediate replacement, which requires to disassemble the gearbox at a cost exceeding 300 euros, as informed me. Because the cost of repair is too big, I refused immediate repair due to defaulting. In discussions with colleagues I mentioned the problem, a colleague told me that he had the same problem with his Nissan QUASHQAI of the same age. Having said that I think that the problem of brake pump leak is a structural problem of the model and I am asking you to do the restoration inexpensive for me. SincerelyHelen Kalopita.
Unfortunately I have Nissan Altima 2008 3. five v6 Se and I’m the first owner of this car and I bought this car in December 2007 from Alhamrani KSA. I’m Lebanese and as i know most of the Lebanese they really trust this car, but after the bad service from the spare parts division in Alissa and Alhamrani, I will never recommend this car to any one at all, because since two month I made a small accident on the passenger front side and unfortunately the lamp assy head get damaged, so when we ask in Alissa and Alhamrani for this item they said N/A and they have to request it from outside the kingdom, so I agree and my spare part agent request the lamp as per the below receipt on the 18th of November 2014 and the lamp didn’t arrive yet until this date, and since that time I’m renting a car and paying daily 180 SR.
I'm from Malaysia and I own a Nissan Grand Livina bought in year 2009. From first day till now I always bring my car to Service at Tan Chong Express Auto Service (TCEAS). Recently I found my car battery start to give some failure symptoms. The battery was changed at TCEAS service last November and TCEAS told me it's a Maintenance free battery. However, one week ago when i start encounter some symptoms, I took back the car to TCEAS service and found the battery health level decrease checking with the tester. The battery warranty is just over two weeks. Than I decide to change a new battery at TCEAS immediately. Later, I encounter that the battery needs some periodic battery water level checking as mentioned in the Panasonic user manual which TCEAS has failed to do so when ever I bring to service and they also didn't inform me about the regular check. So I'm claiming against TCEAS to refund me the back, but they are not obliging it and telling the battery warranty over.

Dear Sir,I have a 30l TD nissan hardbody 4X4 and bought from a dealer in South Africa.I live in South Africa. When I bought the bakkie it had 133000 km and I drove 1100 km and the bakkie had a problem,I took it to the dealer just to find out that the cyclinder head had seven cracks. There fixed it and since then the bakkie is not performing well. The warrant has expired. The turbo sleeve is leaking and its smoking. Its a 2006 model. I have been driving nissan's for the past 12 years and this one is the first one to give problems. And I do not want to sell it because I love nissan cars. I have spent a lot of money on this bakkie. I have had four Nissan X-trails, I now have the latest Tenka which I reported corrosion on the inside of the alloy wheels after 1year 9months, I took it to my Dealer who took many photograghs of the corrossion on the inside of the wheels, as I was told they are under warranty, I am now being told only the part of the wheel you can see is under warranty,this I do not understand i have warranty for three years, and they tell me the wheels are under warranty, but not the inside,surely alloy wheel is a wheel not just the front of it, I have all my services done at Nissan garages, and a good Nissan customer, I am not asking for new wheels, just fix the ones I have under warranty, can you help me, they cannot in the UK.
