This is ridiculous. My daughter spent all of her money to buy a tablet. three months later it quit charging, and Nextbook replaced the tablet. Now, less than a year later, AGAIN the tablet has quit working, will not charge and the camera is not working correctly. I waited 40 minutes for the rudest representative that I have ever spoken to, to be told I did not have it replaced because they do not have my information in the system. I am so angry I can not believe it.

My son bought a Nextbook Ares 11. six in July, and in Aug it stopped booting up. I have called yourepeatedly, no person ever picks up, even after waiting 40 minutes I have emailed 3x, no response. I bought this tablet for my son September 24 2016 and the charging port has stopped working with the charger that came with it and the other chargers that we have bought for it. The charging port on the tablet is not working right. I do not have my box, but I do however have my receipt.

I am writing to file a complaint in regard to your customer service. In February of 2016, I had to return a defective tablet and exchange it for a new one. At the time, I filed the paperwork which would begin the one year warranty on the new tablet. That tablet is now giving me problems so I contacted the service dept to seek warranty exchange. The service folks told me that I have no warranty since the original one year warranty on the unit I exchanged has expired and there is no coverage for the new one I received eight months ago. I have never before heard such a silly policy. If, in fact, there is no warranty, why did I have to register the replacement? I think someone is handing me a line of B. S. Any assist you can provide would be appreciated. I own five of these tablets, but am having second thoughts about ever buying another. Thank you.

I purchased a Nextbook ares eight the first time a walmaert. I enjoyed the table. I also did not experience any problems with the operation of the tablet. Very easy to use and my son also loved using the tablet as well. The first tablet from Walmart the charging port stop working and stop charging the tablet. I contacted Nextbook and they replaced the table no questions asked. Now the second one is having the same problem as the first one. So now I have to contact Nextbook again and see what we can do about this problem.

I have problems with my Nexbook tablet:
1. My tablet is fixed on vertical mode and not going into horizontal form. 2. The hard ware keyboard that came with the tablet no longer work with the tablet screen.

My tablet will not turn on. I called and spoke to a supervisor. I have a hair line scratch and they
said they would not accept it. Although the tablet worked with the scratch. It just stopped working one day. According to the warranty agreement it should be covered. This notebook has never damaged through alteration. It just stopped working. When I look at the other complaint I noticed that many of the tablets have the same problem. I am going to also send my complaint to the New Mexico Attorney General. This needs to be addressed, since this product is manufactured in China.

The keyboard quit working on our Nextbook 10. We purchased it online from Wal-Mart on 4/22/16. Wal-Mart refuses to do anything with it and says we have to send it to you. Your policy states it will not accept any returns not purchased from your site. What are we supposed to do with this worthless equipment if we cannot use the keyboard and if no one will accept a return? Please respond ASAP. Thank you.

I purchased the Nextbook at Walmart. A tablet and can be converted into a mini lab top. Three issues, it will not hold a charge and takes days just to charge at 40 percent. Awkwardly enough, the Wifi always bounces off, and the volume is very low. Please help

We bought a Nextbook last OCtober and it worked perfect. We downloaded a favorite app. After Nov. Could no longer get this app in
correct format. Our Nextbook is windows eight operating system - maybe that is the problem. The app we use is now coming in on a black screen with yellow writing and very hard to read and operate. It is not coming in the format it's creators intended. We reset to factory settings, but still not working correctly. Any way to fix this?.

My husband bought a nextbook at Walmart, it stop working after three wk, he paid cash for it and has lost the receipt i was in the other part of the store so I wasn't with Him to get the receipt, you see my husband has Dementia He showed me what he bought later on, He is a Veteran, and he saved His penny's to purchase this Next book, we live on His fixed income, and can not afford to throw money away, But Walmart told us to send it back to ya'll, I need to send it to you please, This is therapy for Him in so many way's His Dr told me to give him some respect and dignity and let Him do some things by him self, So I did on that day :(.

I bought my Nextbook eight tablet in February 2015, and right out of the box, the charger doesn't work on it, you can not hear the tablet unless you have headphones on, the screen its not calibrated you have to press hard and slightly off of where you need to touch it to be able to type, very frustrating :(

Customer support takes them a whole 24 hrs to answer. Live Operator as soon as you say you are calling about a Nextbook device she transfers calls to the same voicemail. It is very frustrating that i had to solve the problem i had by myself researching online. They customer service is worst than any other i ever experienced..

I wished to read all your comments before I did purchased this Nextbook 8. It shows loading only, after a three weeks of purchased. Went back to Walmart where I bought it and sent me to speak with their support, Bad, I was told they couldn't exchanged neither refund my money. Walmart only have a 15 days return policy on electronics, and my Nextbook eight was not dropped or had a crack or other damaged. By the extended service warranty all the before needs to happens. So I decided to contact Nextbook USA. I called and I left a message. No return call. No luck, on their support web page. I filled the form and every time I click "submit" it will tell me me a "space need to be fill". Even I filled copy of my receipt, it will do it all the time. BAD Costumer Service and BAD PRODUCT. I would not buy any of these products again. Robert.

I bought the Nextbook eight a while back, but have only used it ten times. The battery gets to 80% and the tablet dies. I tried calling the customer service, but got crappy service and they didn't even know how to help me. I would like it replaced free of charge since I got crappy service.

The Nextbook7 I bought for my daughter is still under warranty and needs repair. Nextbook's website will not accept any images of my proof of purchase to generate a ticket then tells me it cannot generate a ticket because I did not provide proof of purchase. Ripoff. Do not buy from nextbook.

I just purchased the Nextbook Win 8. one and had a couple of concerns after booting up the system, being the first time using a windows based tablet. We are having a problem getting the touchscreen to work and it will no longer connect to the Internet. We have two more tablets that are the same as that one, but they are not having that problem. Also the off/on button on them do not want to work sometimes.
