I bought my Nextbook eight tablet in February 2015, and right out of the box, the charger doesn't work on it, you can not hear the tablet unless you have headphones on, the screen its not calibrated you have to press hard and slightly off of where you need to touch it to be able to type, very frustrating :(
Just bought for Christmas for my son and it will turn on, and pop back off. I want a new tab for my son or will contact Better Business Bureau. I am seeing that your company is not big on being professional.
My nextbook wont hold a charge and now i can get through to y'all i have been trying for to weeks now no call backs or email if u don't call me back n a hour i will return mine an tell.everyone i no that y'all costumer service sux and never returns phone calls i am very frustrated have a tech call me as soon as possible.

Customer support takes them a whole 24 hrs to answer. Live Operator as soon as you say you are calling about a Nextbook device she transfers calls to the same voicemail. It is very frustrating that i had to solve the problem i had by myself researching online. They customer service is worst than any other i ever experienced..
I wished to read all your comments before I did purchased this Nextbook 8. It shows loading only, after a three weeks of purchased. Went back to Walmart where I bought it and sent me to speak with their support, Bad, I was told they couldn't exchanged neither refund my money. Walmart only have a 15 days return policy on electronics, and my Nextbook eight was not dropped or had a crack or other damaged. By the extended service warranty all the before needs to happens. So I decided to contact Nextbook USA. I called and I left a message. No return call. No luck, on their support web page. I filled the form and every time I click "submit" it will tell me me a "space need to be fill". Even I filled copy of my receipt, it will do it all the time. BAD Costumer Service and BAD PRODUCT. I would not buy any of these products again. Robert.
I can not do all the PCH games on my next book 8. I can on my phone do not know why it wont let me do one of them.
I am a resident of kinsway camp society is having the problem with the Nextbook seven se is not showing its display as it shows loading only so I request you to send some person for its repairing because i am not getting its Authorized service centre in city Delhi(India).
