I keep getting a popup for registering with net nanny and i do not want a net nanny account.I need to know how to uninstall this
My nextbook model # next7p12-8g when turned on goes to the women with the headphone and that's it. I Tried to do the rest set wear you hold down the volume and power button and it just goes back to the same screen. What Else can I do?

I'm having the same problem.
We are having a problem getting the touchscreen to work and it will no longer connect to the Internet. We have two more tablets that are the same as that one, but they are not having that problem. Also the off/on button on them do not want to work sometimes.
I bought my Tablet last year I want to know if I still have a manufacture warranty on it? My downloads has been erased and I tried to reset it, but it won't let me. It keeps saying my WiFi is not on and it is. What else do I need to do to establish connection?Please HELP. Do I need to send product back to be replaced?
My son has the Nextbook 8 GB. It has never allowed him to calibrate it. As a result the touch sensor has been off.
I brought my next book in January 2014 and it just went out on me November 2014. The screen on the tablet went white.
I call customer service and I'm getting no where, NO help because it is a recording. I want to talk to a real person. I will continue to try to get help or I will take further action.
Can't get a valid phone number to contact Nextbook for issue with my tablet. I bought it at Walmart with a $40 warranty and even they have the wrong manufacturer's contact number who is suppose to solve my problem while still under warranty.

So sad how this company convinced us to purchase a Nextbook tablet knowing that that are worthless. And what's really sad is that the customers can not contact anyone to speak to because that recording keep coming on. Nextbook need to be exposed.

I just purchased the Nextbook Win 8. one and had a couple of concerns after booting up the system, being the first time using a windows based tablet. Though it took a while holding for customer service (approx. 20 min) I was greeted by a very pleasant representative and was very happy with his helpful, professional and insightful responses to my questions.

The Nextbook7 I bought for my daughter is still under warranty and needs repair. Nextbook's website will not accept any images of my proof of purchase to generate a ticket then tells me it cannot generate a ticket because I did not provide proof of purchase. Ripoff. Do not buy from nextbook.

I purchased an eight inch tablet for my daughter less than a year ago, but for the past couple of months, it will not turn on and it will not charge. My husband registered the device on the Nextbook website, but I have not received the customer ID.
I bought the Nextbook eight a while back, but have only used it ten times. The battery gets to 80% and the tablet dies. I tried calling the customer service, but got crappy service and they didn't even know how to help me. I would like it replaced free of charge since I got crappy service.
