I have tried to use the system to file for unemployment but i don't need certain service that is being offered and just need to file for my claim but it won't allow any steps unless you pay credit check and insurance and theses items i don't need. This system should allow you top should allow you when filing over the phone to speak to a person. I need to know if my claim has been excepted or not and whats the status of my claim.
