TD Bank in NY today authorised a 24 hr increase to facilitate me withdrawing US$3200 or JMD400, 000. 00 from my US account. I went to your ATM located at Border Avenue and Mannings Hill Road (this is the ATM I visit almost four times per week) and did a four x 50, 000. 00 withdrawal then the machine seized my card. I need to buy materials and pay workmen tomorrow before I leave on Monday 11/07. Why was my card taken, I am not a scammmer, I did nothing wrong like entering the wrong pin etc. This will be my last Visit to a NCB ATM, there is really no need to seize someones card, JUst simply decline the request if you are suspicious. What am I to do over the next three days remaining on my trip? I am so disappointed, If you have a solution please call me on 842-8095 or 477-7371.

Good evening
My complaint is that I am here in Miami now and I have a ncb account in Jamaica, I always do all my business with ncb e-link, but I do not know what happen it is about four days now that when I try to log in the NCB online login it take a while and nothing come out it says it con not find the site. I would like to know if there are any problem with the web site and what can I do because I have to do some payments that I always do it online and now a can not and I not going back to Jamaica until next year

I waited 30 minutes and finally hung up…irony is that Ja is being touted as a call-centre hub…Ha…at any rate i need to speak to someone re a dormant acct. The acct is in the name of my parents, both of whom are deceased and myself and my other two sisters…we are all signers on the acct…the statements use to come to my father at my US home address…he has since died and i am now mainly at my home in Canada…. My mail is no longer being forwards from the US to Canada and i am only in the US for a part of the year…so i need to see about changing the address to Canada…. N i also need to take the acct out of dormancy as i want to use it to have deposits made to it in Jamaica. Could someone please contact me…. My trips to Jamaica are now few and far between and i rarely get to Kingston where the acct was opened…n trying to get anything done on the Coast is a task in itself…thanking you in advance.
