Please I had a difficulty assessing my mobile money account after changing my Chip using the 1333 service. I went to the Tamale main office and was resolved. Three days after, it won't respond again, but a popup "Transaction in process please wait" is all I see. Please kindly help me resolve this due to my disadvantage assessing a bank at my end. Thanks.
