This is ridiculous I have been trying to load funds since 8am est and there has been no resolve yet this is crazy as hell someone need to do something about this.
Dear sirs: i bought a green dot Moneypak card an i cannot get my funds off of it. As it turns out i ordered a greendot visa card online an i got that, but have no way of putting this greendot money pac card which has my funds on it. On too my green dot visa money card. I called the website an it says it wants the card so it can put the funds on the card which is a green dot platium visa card i did not buy as an extra i was looking for the green dot card i could transfer my funds off of an put on to another card. Instead i buy a Moneypak card that apperently goes with the green dot platium visa card from walgreens. I put $34. 00 dollars on the greendot Moneypak card an seem to have lost it all. Anyway i'd appericate any help you could give me on this matter. I did go to the Moneypak website an input my information, but the page does not turn. So i can go no futher than page 1. I think it has a virus or spyware on the webpage.

I purchased a Money Pak prepaid reload card for the second time in seven days, but this time is was asked to submit my drivers license(front and back)to completed the re-load process on my ADP employment pay card. It was copied as legibly as possible with my smart phone. It was first stated that the verification would take up to thirty minutes. After i submitted my personal information, it was then stated that verification may take up to two days. That is unacceptable as i first had to submit my photo ID just to make the cash purchase of the re-load card and then i was asked to again submit the same on the internet.
