After few years of use my card was declined and after calling was told that I had resubmit my identity. I faxed my ss, payroll check, drivers licence on 5/1/16. Nothing happend so I called and was told that nothing had been received and I had to send again. I was out of state and I sm now in Seattle wa. And I am not going to send anything any more. I was given Money Network card by trident sesfoods payroll dep. I need my money and I belive that you trying to steal it from me. If this is not resolved quickly I will complain to state of washington.

My name is Thomas Hudson Paup . I live in York, Pa. And worked for Wal-Mart up until June 21, 2016. I provided my WIN number, with my birthdate, facility number. I do not know my pin so I did what the WEB SITE SUGGESTED and it refused me access saying I did not provide the proper postal code. My address has been the same for the last 18 years. The computer I am at is nearly 3/4 of a mile from my apartment and I' am sure it is the same zip code as my apartment. ALL I want are my pay stubs for the month of May 2016 and the first pay stub of June 2016 for my land lord. I will attempt to call you on the phone tomorrow. This is the first time I've try to use your service since I did not need TO UNTIL NOW. Please help me.

Absolutely ridiculous. I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my account information and can not even get through the line because it says my information can not be found I've had two different cards because of this. It would be fantastic if you could stop being so lazy and hire real people to cover some of these customer service issues. My payday was 12:00 AM today. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do now.

I am very tired of receiving text messages from you guys every day. I have not had your card in a year and i have texted stop for the last year every time you text me which is everyday and they still come to my phone. STOP texting my phone, the number is 330-766-9522. You need to update your service because it tells you that you can just text stop and it will stop, but it never stops. I have tried to call numerous times and can not get through to your customer service and I'm just tired of dealing with you guys. Take my phone off now.

I lost my card and never set up a pin. The only service I seem to be able to access is the automated one on the other end. I would like to receive a new card, but because of the pin problem I have not been able to. It would be excellent if there was a number where I could speak to a real person.

My name Janice Duncan and I work for Walmart and my debit card was put on hold because someone got into my account and removed some funds I did what represented told me to do and I got a new packet and told me to wait 24hrs before card can be activated I did that now she telling me that now I got to wait till Monday before the funds can be transfer I am without funds and I was not told that had to wait till Monday because they are closed on Saturday now I'm stuck without food until Monday. It's not fair and it's not right for associates to go threw all this and your company suppose to protect our money.

I cashed two Money Network checks and they both came back. I have been trying to fax the copy of the checks to 1-901-371-8120, but the line is always busy. I called several different numbers trying to reach someone to help me with this, but all I get is a computer asking for my account number. I do not have an account number because I just cash checks. Who can I call concerning the returned checks?.

This is the worst company I've ever felt with. All i want, is my money back into my card. I canceled the transfer to my personal checking account, within a minute, and i was told I'd get my money back THIS DAY, not Monday, not Tuesday,, but FRIDAY However, this company cannot simply cancel a transfer and now i have no money AT ALL in either my bank account or my ADP TOTAL PAY CARD. SO WHAT? just oh so sorry, you'll get your money Monday? WHY? why the hell not today? its before three pm central and i was told TRANSFERS OR CANCEL TRANSFERS before three pm central would be complete THE DAY OF. So what the hell? i hate ADP.

I called after being charged what looked like $5. 90 for a paper fee and an account fee. However, this was for a card that I never received. In this phone call, I was informed that this has been happening since July. Which adds up to $35. 40. This is for a card that I never received. They only reversed two fees which were only worth $2. 95 each so $5. 90 total, out of $35. 40 so 1/6th worth of the fees. This is for a card that I never received, and for statements I never got either Needless to say, I was furious with the customer service that I received.

I did not open a card with your company and received a Money Network mailing regarding privacy notice about my card. This is a response to immediately close this account since it was opened fraudulently without my knowledge.

I have called repeatedly and repeatedly to get my password reset. I have checked both the in box and the spam folder and still i get no temp password. I need my password to be reset I can and will do it on my computer, but i need it to be clear on your end because it is showing that its been done, but i never get it.

Adp transferd fuds from my account out to another personal bank account when i was incarserated. they sto;e $2,204.00 from my bank acoount and when i called they said that since it was a illegitiment or a unauthorized transaction they said they would refund my money if i showed proof of incarseration and made a police report. I did so and when i did the lady or as she called her self "sunshine" said that a credit would be place on my card. I have not got that payment and when i called back she said that its undisputible for me to get my money back. I am now seeking legal justice for them falseifiing a transaction, taking government funds.
