I cashed two Money Network checks and they both came back. I have been trying to fax the copy of the checks to 1-901-371-8120, but the line is always busy. I called several different numbers trying to reach someone to help me with this, but all I get is a computer asking for my account number. I do not have an account number because I just cash checks. Who can I call concerning the returned checks?.
This is the worst company I've ever felt with. All i want, is my money back into my card. I canceled the transfer to my personal checking account, within a minute, and i was told I'd get my money back THIS DAY, not Monday, not Tuesday,, but FRIDAY However, this company cannot simply cancel a transfer and now i have no money AT ALL in either my bank account or my ADP TOTAL PAY CARD. SO WHAT? just oh so sorry, you'll get your money Monday? WHY? why the hell not today? its before three pm central and i was told TRANSFERS OR CANCEL TRANSFERS before three pm central would be complete THE DAY OF. So what the hell? i hate ADP.
I called after being charged what looked like $5. 90 for a paper fee and an account fee. However, this was for a card that I never received. In this phone call, I was informed that this has been happening since July. Which adds up to $35. 40. This is for a card that I never received. They only reversed two fees which were only worth $2. 95 each so $5. 90 total, out of $35. 40 so 1/6th worth of the fees. This is for a card that I never received, and for statements I never got either Needless to say, I was furious with the customer service that I received.

I did not open a card with your company and received a Money Network mailing regarding privacy notice about my card. This is a response to immediately close this account since it was opened fraudulently without my knowledge.
It can not find my card with my social and birth date, and then it asks me to put in the card number. I'm calling to report it lost and get a new one I do not have the card number.
I have called repeatedly and repeatedly to get my password reset. I have checked both the in box and the spam folder and still i get no temp password. I need my password to be reset I can and will do it on my computer, but i need it to be clear on your end because it is showing that its been done, but i never get it.
They hung up on me so rude. They didn't even let me finish what I have to say.
I do not have an account with you. I have had this phone number for quite a while and have been getting this account balance on my phone I have texted STOP several times yet I continue to get this information. Today I tried to call and because I do not have an account I can not talk to anyone. Please stop sending texts to my number which is 727-645-7392/
