My cell Number is 0560769997. Its a prepaid connection. Last four days the credit balance is automatically reducing to 1SR or even less early in the morning even if my phone is switched off and not in use. Yesterday night the balance was 15. 95. The cell phone was switched off. Today morning when switched ON the balance shown is. 53 SR
I do not understand why this is happening and how to stop this.

Mobile No : 5402 12450I have requested for a recharge for SAR 50 and I asked if I get an access to internet. The executive told me to charge for additional SAR 15 and send SMS 65 to 1100. I did that and after that I was not able to call ISD numbers. I resent 065 to cancel and the whole money is gone. I always get a message that my balance is 0. 00. I have 4G infinity package from mobily. My week as per customer services office on King Abdullah Road starts on Saturday 12. 00 AM (mid Night) I opened the internet in the morning of saturday today and saw massage that my package of week is finished. I went to customer services, their technical desk and called 1100 phone number. All could not fix it except that i should pay 25 SR for five Gb recharge. This is happening third time since a month. The reply from 1100 and customer services is totally different from each other. I understand that Mobily is now only trying to suck money from its customers.

I just bought an internet SIM the other day for 50 riyals that i supposedly good for one month. I am using the internet already for almost two days, but suddenly the signal lost. I thought it was just the signal is sloe. But when I checked the balance by using the *1411 it was already 0 data package data. I also check what i used by dialing *1422 and it says i used only 47104 kilobytes. Sim expiry is still November 6, 2015 so it means i just load it up last August six to be exact. A/C - 200910174372 Gentlemen I am extremely dissatisfied with things are handled by Mobily. I subscribed for home internet service on 30th Oct 2014 for 3 months with a maximum monthly capacity of 20GB (for SR 300). Allotted capacity (20GB) for month of October was used in full and the connection was blocked in mid of October. Since then one full month has already gone and still my internet connection is not activated. I informed about this to customer service one week before and I was told that they have already informed the tech guys to fix this and the connection will be activated within 24 hours. As nothing happened, I called them twice thereafter and the same message was conveyed to me. Yesterday, I went to one of the Mobily Customer Service Centers and they returned back with the same reason that if the connection is not activated within 24 hours to contact customer service via 1100. I am going in circles and deprived of the internet connection despite payment for 3 months connect

Could you send your technical support team to our hotel as all our guests is complaining that skype is connecting and breaking on and off several times in a minutes which they cannot talk to their family and friends. Before it was ok only few days back. Hope you solve our hotel problem. If not let us know, so we can discontinue you line and take stc. As we do not want to loose our hotel customers.
