I also check what i used by dialing *1422 and it says i used only 47104 kilobytes. Sim expiry is still November 6, 2015 so it means i just load it up last August six to be exact. I subscribed for home internet service on 30th Oct 2014 for 3 months with a maximum monthly capacity of 20GB (for SR 300). Allotted capacity (20GB) for month of October was used in full and the connection was blocked in mid of October. Since then one full month has already gone and still my internet connection is not activated. I informed about this to customer service one week before and I was told that they have already informed the tech guys to fix this and the connection will be activated within 24 hours. As nothing happened, I called them twice thereafter and the same message was conveyed to me. Yesterday, I went to one of the Mobily Customer Service Centers and they returned back with the same reason that if the connection is not activated within 24 hours to contact customer service via 1100. I am going in circles and deprived of the internet connection despite payment for 3 months connect
