Hello team, I had purchased a SIM card on 8th of October and the validity got over on November 27th. Mobily customer care didn't even sent me a message nor intimated of my Incoming and outgoing calls barred. It's very bad experience of mine, I came to know that the incoming calls are barred on 13th December then i recharged for 50 riyals on 13 th December. But still my service is stopped, this is very disappointment for me, i have visited retailer he said to go to head office, visited head office he is treating like i have done a sin by buting a mobily SIM.
