The Metro-North Commuter Railroad commonly referred to as Metro-North, is a commuter rail system operated by Metropolitan Transportation Authority which is one of the busiest rail operators in United States. Metro-North Commuter Railroad covers the area between New York City and southwestern Connecticut. It is the 2nd largest commuter railroad in the county that runs more than 124 stations.
