Hello, I bought a ten ride pass tonight July 7th before boarding the 6:14 pm train from union station - Worth My credit card app alerted me that my transaction was complete. My complaint is I can not understand why I was charged $99 dollars? If someone can please get back to me so we can resolve this issue, it would b greatly appreciated.

I have a complaint, about the cleaning services provided on the Southwest Service station Ashburn. This station is NEVER CLEAN I took a ride to the Oak Lawn station to see if their floors were mopped and if garbage was on the floor. Not at all Clean as a whistle What has to be done to get the Ashburn Station, mopped and cleaned?
I was harassed by your Metra police on the platform at 12:45am January six 2015 the officer verbally disrespected me which caused verbal altercation, I'm a paying consumer for four years and it has has been total disrespect, racism, and always late travels, the officer slightly drawn-out his power weapon on me without myself even approaching him I have video and also witnesses of the actions that were being taken, the officer escalated the situation by taking wrongful disciplinary action and began with aggressive verbal abuse the officer actions exceeded to make a hostile confrontation, now it is at a point to where I need to take legal action

The announcements are far too loud and some late train special event keep repeating constantly, and, so loud! on sunday, they began announcing event at 7:00 a. Am and the first train wasn't till 9:54a. Am.
This is total noise pollution. I understand the need for public safety however, its louder at my house than near the train. A ways down in the park you can hardly hear the announcements and where i was standing was closer than my house is to train.
