My niece has a Meep pad and when going to the parent portal it requires to login/ register. Due to it already being registered, we are trying to login and it says the email cannot be found. At this point, we can neither login or register. Is there a way to reset so we can re-register or be able to sign in.
When i turn on my daughters Meep tablet it just stays on the Meep screen loading and wont go any further how can i fix this? or can i fix this?.
I have a meep tablet that i bought for my daughter last christmas that has never worked correctly. I have tried all of the you grading and suggestions that i saw on your facebook page. I would like to have it replaced so that it can finally be you ed.
I purchase a meep tablot for my one of my daughters last christmas. At the local target in houston beltway south east. An the meeps screen stop working after months. The local target policy statement is very strict with electronic devices purchase. The local target could not possible work with me. Under no circumstances. Now i am stuck out of. Plus taxes with a meep tablot not work. I would like to find out what can i do now.
I bought two meeps tablet for my two kids. Age range from 5yrs to 8yrs old. I say not a year went by and both are mess up with malfunction problems to the power button. That is stuck on my daughter meep and this was her second one because the first mess up and I took it back to the store. My son computer comes on, but the screen is in black, red, green and so on. You can not even see any of the icons. I am going to try and talk to someone in customer service about this issue, but meep should be off the shelves in the stores. Yes, when they did work, they work for a while. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a meep. The company needs to test this product before they try and sell it.
