I am trying to reset my create account information. I was on the page were I put in my social security number and my connection got lost before I could enter my email address and create an user name and password. Ever time I put my social security number in I get the message that I have an account already created.
No one answers the phone I literally plugged my phone in, dialed the number before 8:00 am, chose two for questions regarding my claim, and held on speaker until 5:00 pm while continuing to take care of other business at home. My claim is on hold at this time and there is no way to find out why.
Response, what response? No one answers the phone, you stay on hold listening to the same loop of useless information for hours to no avail. Most useless state agency there is, but if one is unemployed and needs their unemployment benefits, this is who they must deal with because they hold the purse strings.
This is by far "THE WORST" Customer Service of any company I have ever stumbled across. After a month of number issues with filing weekly claims and receiving my benefit, all of a sudden my user name is locked out due to "security reasons. " I have been calling every day, Monday through Friday(today) and have been waiting between one hour to three hours each time and NOT ONE PERSON has answered. I would file a complaint on the site, but there is no place to do so and everyone in my shoes knows full well there is not anyone at Mdes willing to talk to me about a complaint What a disgrace this place is Unbelievable.
It makes no sense that I have called and I have been on hold now for two hrs and 52mins and I still haven't gotten an answer. I have called several times and I have stayed on hold every time for at least a hour and 40 mins. No customer service should be this bad. I know that right now I am unemployed, but this is no way to treat us. If there is mor help needed to answer more quickly, there should be more people hired. I will take the job. Also I have been waiting on my claim to get processed for a month now and I'm told that the reason is because the Lady is out of town. There should be more people in the office to handle claims. I am very disappointed in my service. I have been typing this letter and I still have no answer after being on hold for two hrs and 58 mins.
After being placed on hold for several minutes to over an hour, i got down to being next in line for a customer service representative then received a busy signal. This has happened the past three days. I have called about 20 times and have not spoken with anyone yet. Please help. I need assistance filing a weekly claim that would not work online.
