Past ten years when I was maxis postpaid customer I be very pround, but now the maxis lines in many place are so lousy especially in JB Gelang Patah area always switched roaming to Singapore lines feel annoyed and very embarrassed when others got 3G line but maxis can't surfing yet need roaming,many time appear on phone show got 3G line but is cheating people can't surfing waiting waiting n waiting wasted my time on waiting, hope the action will taken after this mail cause ready no patient to tolerance anymore. sorry for the inconvenience cause!!!!

Got billed by maxis for maxis to maxis call more than maxis to other phone companies! When called customer service, told that it's because I got charged for calling that maxis number Sarawak charges. I know that my mother 017214585 I called is not in Sarawak, is residing in PJ, and was in PJ when I called, I was in Selangor state when I called my number 0178800149, and have always been residing in Selangor, so looks like maxis is playing dirty and purposely charging like it's a call to Sarawak, very unfair of maxis, have already called the call centre and they say can not do anything about it! Very unfair Maxis! I have been loyal to maxis that's how they steal your money!

ON 1/10/2013 I made a maxis to maxis phone call to 0172140585, this is my mother's number who resides in Petaling Jaya, I reside in Selangor my number is 0178800149 and both of us were in Selangor state at the time of the phone call. However I am being charged " Sarawak" rates phone call and after logging complaints at the call centre on 14/10/2013, they said nothing can be done! It is ridiculous that you are charging me preposterous rates for local calls! It is off peak and the maximum charge is 15 cents per minute whereas you are charging me at least 80 cents per minute.
