Telephone number 0126236708, blackberry bold. My phone was corrupted just now and i ve to reboot. Unluckily right after rebooting I received smses from time 13:24 to 13:38 mentioning that I was charged RM50 for 5MB data uses which I did not utilised. Please investigate and cancelled the charges. I would consider to port out to other provider shoul you fail to settel this matter. please let me know the outcome @ 010-3441717

I am your prepaid customer. My number is 01123121225 and validity is i believe October 13, but when I top up I get validity only for 4-5 days and after that date my outgoing calling stops. Always i need to top up. For examply last week I was having 11-12 RM balance, but can not able to call and then i again i need to top up the same....I think if you have balance you should able to do outgoing calls. Please advise

I am today (whole day -30/7/13) i having problem with my line that i using it(hotlink) i unable to make a call even for internet..please do a something...! i have been to your maxis center, but the staff said my SIMCARD having a problem or spoiled... it does't make sense I am using been in so many years..

Hi I am your prepaid customer..i have a problem, i received push messages everyday telling me that my credit is being deducted for the services that i didn't even subscribe to.I topped up my credit with RM30 then all of a sudden was deducted for a total of RM26 just in one day.Please help me to stop all this because i keep loosing my credit.Thank You..My number 0128511513.

I am a customer who using Maxis postpaid more than 10years. I am so dissapointed with the service at Alor Star Maxis Center Kedah. I asked for help, but they refuse to guide me. Is just a simple request and they can not do it for me. Even i have tried to talk with the manager, he refused to help me and said they didn't provide customer service. That is a Maxis center and they state that they do not help customer to install applications and they din't even manage the queing system and i am frustrated with workers working attitudes.0125168430

I bought hot ticket internet for 15days, but already exceed my 500mb usage. Then i paid for daily bband for rm3, but it seem like I am stillsurfing at a low rate. Good afternoon.
I hope this drop box works and someone will call me back.Here is the issue and I am very unhappy.
I have applied as a new customer for the 10MB internet plan. I signed at the last KLCC IT exhibition on 24th August. Then on Thursday 26/08 someone from 0323005036 called me to schedule the installation time.It was proposed for Today Monday 2nd September @ 2pm.
It is now three pm (actuallt 3.10pm) and I have been waiting for the technician at home. No one called me and no one has tried to reschedule.
I have called the scheduler today just before two pm to ensure all will be alright as I am also working and just expected a one hour off for the installation. I called again at 2.30pm and was told "I do not know".
It is not a very good start.
I expect you call me or email me on the reason of this glitch. There are always good reasons to be late. I do expect yours will be original. Appreciate having Internet at Home soon. Regards.

Why i always received SMSes from no 27720 which said that i have video to download and the SMSes charge me RM3 every time i received the SMSes? i m maxis postpaid and broadband internet user for more than ten yrs. i encounter a lot of network problems and line problems and most of the time i can tolerate it as i m not heavy user, but this year maxis service gone from bad to worst. my postpaid most of the time has no service and when called up and complain always SIM card fault need to change.broadband line always slow and sometimes can not even open browser like now it took me more than 5mins to open this.i m very angry as i paid RM98 for the internet. my number is 0122731860.

Currently if anybody call my number it immediately goes to voicemail and then I will receive a SMS from maxis that I have a missed call. I am a postpaid account holder with telephone number 60122043843. Lately, (past one week), I am having very bad reception or no reception in my area at SS 18/2B, Subang Jaya. Initially, I thought it was my phone until my friends that visited me with MAXIS Line experienced the same. I checked with my neighbours and they told me that they experienced the same problem. Those with other line, eg CELCOM, DIGI, 013 do not experience any problem.

ON 1/10/2013 I made a maxis to maxis phone call to 0172140585, this is my mother's number who resides in Petaling Jaya, I reside in Selangor my number is 0178800149 and both of us were in Selangor state at the time of the phone call. However I am being charged " Sarawak" rates phone call and after logging complaints at the call centre on 14/10/2013, they said nothing can be done! It is ridiculous that you are charging me preposterous rates for local calls! It is off peak and the maximum charge is 15 cents per minute whereas you are charging me at least 80 cents per minute.

Got billed by maxis for maxis to maxis call more than maxis to other phone companies! When called customer service, told that it's because I got charged for calling that maxis number Sarawak charges. I know that my mother 017214585 I called is not in Sarawak, is residing in PJ, and was in PJ when I called, I was in Selangor state when I called my number 0178800149, and have always been residing in Selangor, so looks like maxis is playing dirty and purposely charging like it's a call to Sarawak, very unfair of maxis, have already called the call centre and they say can not do anything about it! Very unfair Maxis! I have been loyal to maxis that's how they steal your money!
