Dear customer care i dont understand the fact u guys keep on stealing my credit. to the fact that i activate a bundle i haven't even open my whatsapp and i was been told ave use all my entire bundle.'please can u guys work on it, am nt the only one complaining almost all mtn users in university of Ghana are complaining about how bad your services are so please work on it we are student. And secondly i dont understand the fact that if i decide not to use my mtn sim for a month what right do guys have for you have to remove all the credit i recharge.
