Fifteen minutes of holding and still no answer. Call being important my foot. Very annoying when the recorded message keeps saying "please continue to hold, your call is important to us", another ten minutes still no answer. If it was that important perhaps you would employ more people to answer. The call was made when time in India would be 2pm, 9am UK time.
