Hello. I am a regular Parker pen user and just wanted to check if you replace parker pen refills. I had purchased Navigator Roller ball f. 0. 5mm refill for my pen from a local stationary shop. I bought a Parker caligraphy set from Sapna book store, Bengaluru in April 2016. I have not retained the bill or the blisterpack of the pen set. There was no reason to retain it - parker products always work beautifully. Never had a single complaint ever. But this caligraphy set is just not working properly. We have tried everything - changed the nib-cartridge cimbination, kept the pen upside down the whole night even bought a new set of cartridges. But the pen is just not working. None of the nibs are working. Its really distressing. My daughter had picked up caligraphy with lot of interest, but is losing it. Please suggest a remedy. If it was a 50/100 rupees product i would have simply bought another one. But this is costly product. What if new also doesnt work properly?

Sir, I have purchased vector steel fountain pen with stainless steel clip from M/s Ananda Emporium, Cheyyar Town, Thiruvannamalai District, Tamilnadu-604407on`19-02-2016 for Rs/=500, but after loaded with Parker quink blue ink it did not write well, immediately I contacted the said retail shop and I told that the pen is not writing well and I request him to rectify it, but to my surprise he replied me that, " I cant do any thing because the sales representative are not visiting cheyyar Town and my shop.
