When i am going to that shop, where i purchased. He told me that company person will be come on next month. That is very poor service from your side. I want to replace that pen as soon as possible. Please resolve my problem on urgent basis. Otherwise i will complaint your higher authorities. Thank you.

SIR Three months back i brought two waterman pen, one refill pen and other is ink pen now ink pen is leaking and refill pen cap is damaged so i am very sad i am using only parker what can i do i am waiting for yourr reply my phone number 09645081222 from kerala.

I purchased Waterman Fountain Pen (Steel Body) few days back from Nehru Place, Delhi. It is leaking and now pump is nok sucking the ink. I am very much embrassed and it gives me pain that such a esteem brand. The company (Waterman) who invented Fountain Pen is being neglected by Luzor in terms of quality. 25. 03. 2015V Ravichandran Chennai 094449 05868I bought one Hemisphere Matt Black CT M Waterman fountain pen from your outlet in Mumbai airport on 18. 08. 2011. Please see attached the scan copy of the case containing the barcode and other details of the purchase. I effected payment through my credit card with transaction reference 75503721231001508795162 WILLIAM PENN 1, 980/- on 18. 08. 2011. After two years of use, the cartridge did not fit well into the neck /feeder and I bought a new cartridge for rupees 650/- from your outlet in Big Bazaar Chennai. This new cartridge is also not fitting into the neck/feeder correctly. I am now informed that the neck/feeder unit needs replacement. As a purchaser of a quality product and as per your own Warranty policy, I am entitled for life time warranty extended for this class of pens. Please do needfulWarm regards.
