This is the fourth time i have contacted Edreams. Once by phone and three times by email and every time i have been referred to someone else.
I was booked on flight bm1238 leaving Brussels at 19.50 and was informed that this flight had been cancelled and given bm1234. There was an important message to contact to dealer, which i have done.
