I received a letter telling me I still owe $15.40 and I do not believe I do as I have paid all invoices I have received. I cannot get anyone to answer me when I try to call, several times. I wait and wait for customer service to answer the line I am holding. Sometimes the line just rings, busy, busy, busy. Please contact me so I can find out just what I still owe.

I was sent books I did not order again, along with a duplicate book. You said I would be taken off the books of the month club. This has not happened yet. Please correct this. I called and spoke with customer service and she said she would send me a label to return the books.

I hate the literary guild, the website is impossible to find customer service and I have tried several times to cancel my account and have not been successful. I am very glad I finally found a customer service number, hopefully I can finally call and cancel and be done with this once and for all
I have sent notice via e-mail that I want to cancel my membership. Received notice on 7/31 from Jeffrey Ross, Customer service that it had, indeed, been cancelled. It is 10/16/13 and I am still receiving notifications and unwanted books. My last e-mail said if any further books were sent, I would assume they are free. Also I have tried to contact customer service at 1-717-918-2665 on two separate occasions (waited 20 minutes) to answer.
Response the customer service phone numbers. Constantly busy or beep for many hours. Redial is not working also.
I was charged for a selection($50. 00) that i had declined and i have the email to prove it. I called them and i was told that it would take them two weeks to process a refund. I am sorry. i did not cancel my membership. When they took over my original book club beware of automatic selections and being sent books, you declined and get get cancel bill automatic selections as soon as possible unless you have time to deal with their errors. I am terminating my membership.
