HelloMy name is Ahsan I have done my libara 3GB internet package on 19 April and they charged me 15 euro, but it's totally not working even services is showing H . I have calling on helpline two time one time your adviser said i am restarting your internet it will work after half an hour, but after that not worked. Then i called after two days again on helpline and second time your adviser gave me new internet setting and said restart your phone then it will work, but after that not worked today is 25 it still not working i spent 15 Euro not for customers service calling now i call on helpline, but after few time it disconnected. I thought that lyca is not good company now i realized Libara is most worst. Please solve my problem i am your customer and it's your duty to solve our problems regarding libara SIM because we pay for every thing. Thanks.
