I recently signed up with Koodo at the Cedarbrae Mall, but I am dissatisfied with my service. At the time there was a special for the 60. 00 plan being offered at 50. 00. When I received my bill it was at 65. 00 each as I have two phones. Visited Cedarbrae Mall and they said that I should contact the office. I am just getting the run around and your customer service team is rude and not helpful. I contacted them explaining what happened and they proceeded to state that there was no such special, but after checking realised there was. I simply asked why I was billed at 6o. Oo and not 50. 00. There was no explanation. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he had an attitude also telling me that was wrong, but then clarified that there was a promotion at the time, then he suggested giving me a 20. 00 credit for four months, but when I got the email it was only for two months. I would like to have this rectified as soon as possible, if not I will be canceled my plan and going back to TELUS.

I am new comer and joined Koodo monthly plan ( 40$ for 200min+200mb, in addition have discount of 10% from the bill due to no TAB choosing) at 20 August
I was tolled by sale representative that the first bill will be little bit more because your cycle starts in 27 and i joined in 20 so it will be month + seven days. In September i paid my first bill of 47.88$ and i though that this is the bill for month +7 days.
Today i paid addition bill of 37.8$ -- in this bill i see that this is for period between 28August to27September -- and now i realize that previous bill (of 47.88) was fro seven days only as i understand from 20aug to 27August So this is a big mistake i suppose... How can you bill me for seven days 47.88$? i purchased monthly plan -- so the price is for 30/31 days. Your cycle date it is for your comfort of billing, not my. I expect to pay about 8.5$ fro seven days period not 47.88! waiting for your answer...thanks

I am trying to find a dealer in my area and all your info at the number listed is automated and no real person to talk with. The address for a dealer in Tillsonburge Ont. does not exist, please supply me with a dealer near hear and perhaps it would help a lot of people if you would let us find a dealer on line instead of having to go through this .

text messages say contenr not supported. what does this mean i have neen able to receive texts from this number previously however since i purchased a new Samsung galaxy x2 i am not able to get texts from certain numbers.
