I recently signed up with Koodo at the Cedarbrae Mall, but I am dissatisfied with my service. At the time there was a special for the 60. 00 plan being offered at 50. 00. When I received my bill it was at 65. 00 each as I have two phones. Visited Cedarbrae Mall and they said that I should contact the office. I am just getting the run around and your customer service team is rude and not helpful. I contacted them explaining what happened and they proceeded to state that there was no such special, but after checking realised there was. I simply asked why I was billed at 6o. Oo and not 50. 00. There was no explanation. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he had an attitude also telling me that was wrong, but then clarified that there was a promotion at the time, then he suggested giving me a 20. 00 credit for four months, but when I got the email it was only for two months. I would like to have this rectified as soon as possible, if not I will be canceled my plan and going back to TELUS.
