I have your LT1041-D Tablet this is now the 4th time with a complaint 1st I had to bring back with in one week of sale for it was losing it's memory so I exchanged for another one it charged fine had to bring it back the 2nd day I had it for I went to turn it on and the power button went into the tablet, 3rd time it was sent to you I was told I would be charged $44. 00 for repair having to wait quite a while to get it back, I now have the same problem I called whom so ever I spoke with has no record of the repair nor my name and wants to charge me again I now have plans on contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and placing a complaint to them for I do not see why I should be charged for something your company is at fault over.

I just received my Curtis klu tablet LT1041 when I first turned the tablet on screen resolution was clear and crisp. I pressed settings to check out the details associated with this tablet and the screen went into a hazy gray mode and i have to tip the tablet all kinds of crazy directions to read, but screen still isnt clear. I called Customer Service they transferred me 7x for over 45 minutes until I finally talked to a nice lady who said I had dialed the wrong, but she puts me on hold to transfer me to the correct department she stressed DONT hang up ive been on hold now waiting to be transferred for over 20 minutes I just want to clear the settings on my tablet and move on Set up should not be difficult let alone actually talking to someone to help you troubleshoot minor issues.
I have a problem with this product that the manufacturer has put on the market to be sold in stores. I have the LT7035-H model of the Klu By Curtis product that is a tablet. The battery has swelled up and it has become soft. This is a dangerous hazardous thing to have happen. This could have resulted in a serious injury and if it had caught fire or exploded it could have killed me. I want to know what can be done about this I do not want to have to file a lawsuit for something like this that could have probably been prevented had the manufacturer taken more measures to ensure that this product was safe to use before putting this product on the market.

I am not too happy. Not even a year ago. We have bought two of your tablets. They are both messed up. But what topped it of for me was my eight years old son was sitting playing and it blew up. The tablet came apart and the battery was swelled up two inches. What if it would have blew up in his face. I am not too happy. I want it to be replaced. I will send old one, but you need to pay shipping. this is not even cool. I am pissed, if my son would got hurt. There would be hell. I want it to be replaced. Contact me back as soon as possible. Tablet will not reset. Called company and they told me to push and hold reset button, then cut the tablet off for 15 to 30 minutes. Did this and tablet stil wont reset.
