MY dayghter has bought a Kia sportaj 11 month ago
suddenaly we faces problems with the brakes. They treat the problem according to the head of the servive it was a compter proble and they claim that the problem was solved. Have talked with the head of the service he promise to take the and check by the engineer. Unfortuanetly promis and not fulfil. The problem appear again. I have asked them if they give guarantee that the problem will not appear agai, the answer was number We are afraid to drive this car. Please find a solutin.

Dear Team,

I am writing this letter from Saudi Arabia, Jeddah. I serviced my Kia cerato car from al jabr company )Kia dealer in Saudi Arabia) the cost of 1610 Saudi riyals for 80, 000. Km service date 11-10-2016
They just change the oils and filters, they didn't fix any other complaints like electrical and sensors and AC. They given some date, but no benefit. They do not have proper answer at least they said while I returned to them your parts we orderd still that's not arrived here so you come after ten days. Today I went the service center 5(5 th time) they said today your parts not yet orderd come 3. 30 pm. This very worst service now I struggling with my car with out air condition since 22 days. What is the solution ? I asked to my friends they saying Kia service always like this. How can I service with this kind of service. Sure. I'll not refer any one of my friends Kia vehicles.

Good afternoon mi name is Bernardita Sampedro and I am from Ecuador mi mobile Number is 593 999434139. three months ago my car brain and wiring of my Kia río R was stole and i left my car on the Kia dealer where i buy it. My complaint is that i have three months without my car and so far Kia does not give me any answer and just tell me that the parts have not reached to the country. Please i need some solution is not possible to leave a customer without carriage three months. Thank you.

My name is Eddie from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I owned a Optima K5 model 2014 (new facelift) since last year. The original cd palyer is Infinity system with 4. five inch touch screen with eight speakers. I am looking for seven or eight inch DVD original Infinity system and suit to my car model. Could you please advise where can I purchase this unit? I have been sourced from my country, but all of them are OEM unit, not original. If you can advise i don mind to buy directly from Kia manufacturer in Korea. Please reply for my further proceed

Please contact me. I expose mi disagreement WITH ONE AND VEHICLE Kia forte 2016 in which i sufferes an accident wich i had to be rushed to hospital for injuries resultating from the accident. What worries me is they did not activate the safety air bags
the car is consideable damage and will be repair by te insurance company. I expect the Kia, he became responsible for the unfortunate flaw in its security systems a i seret a new vehicle. I await your response and follow up the case. Thank you for you attention. IM FROM GUADALAJARA JALISCO MEXICO

HiKia agent in Iran started to sell your cars by 30 days delivery. I bought one optima 2016 and they have to deliver to me about 35 days ago, but they did not. I have called them several times, but no clear response. No body answer about real date for delivery. It is not good for a good brand like Kia. Most of customers cancelled buying Kia and changed their mind about Kia. Please follow it and let me know the result.

Kindly be informed that i want to make a complain as this is my first time that i could give a car company negative stars. I have been driving Kia car since 1999 and i have renewed my car several times and now i am having Kia picanto model 2010 and i was intend to renew my car to buy the new Rio one, but after this bad experience that i have faced i have decided to go for another Motor company and never ever buy a Kia car again and i will never nominate anyone to buy Kia. My bad experience was with the dealership in Alexandria, Egypt (EIT) as they should ordered a spare part from Korea as it was not available at their side at that time. They had my car since 28 August 2015 till now and they told me that they cannot find the missing spare part (the piece under the spare wheel). How such a worldwide company car is not having spare parts available. THIS IS A SHAME. So kindly note that i need a firm response from your side regarding my problem. My car Serial Number is KNABd513AAT918928.

I like e-mail to Hank Lee or Mr Sukwon Jung or a person ho can help Swedish Kia customers to a better treatment. I feel that the Argentur in Sweden hats customers ho has problem and it is very negative for Kia. Wi are a very disappointed customers from day one and I have a long story. Can a car from factory to customer have all four wheels tout it is possible that something negative happened on the long way?.
