I am writing this letter from Saudi Arabia, Jeddah. I serviced my Kia cerato car from al jabr company )Kia dealer in Saudi Arabia) the cost of 1610 Saudi riyals for 80, 000. Km service date 11-10-2016
They just change the oils and filters, they didn't fix any other complaints like electrical and sensors and AC. They given some date, but no benefit. They do not have proper answer at least they said while I returned to them your parts we orderd still that's not arrived here so you come after ten days. Today I went the service center 5(5 th time) they said today your parts not yet orderd come 3. 30 pm. This very worst service now I struggling with my car with out air condition since 22 days. What is the solution ? I asked to my friends they saying Kia service always like this. How can I service with this kind of service. Sure. I'll not refer any one of my friends Kia vehicles.
