I supposedly reserved a FULL size car in Salt Lake City from Friday, July 16th thru Saturday, July 23rd at a rate of $426. 71. The car we got was a four cylinder Subaru Crosstrek, they said it was a free upgrade. We were charged $466. 14. The rental agreement said that all taxes, fees and surcharges were included in the $426. 71. It was very uncomfortable (my husband is 6'3" tall) and he hardly fit in the car. The car also had no power to pull out onto highways. I have repeatedly tried to contact Budget car rental, but they keep telling me to go online, which I did and still can not get a response. Should I stop payment on my credit card?
