My mom got shut off. She was behind a lot payed what she could afford through the winter they shut her off one day after cold weather rule ended. I have tried to talk to them and work out some sort of payment plan, they act like it's a mater of national security they will not talk to me because I am not on her account. She's 74 and doesn't understand half of what they say so I tried to talk to them, no dice. She just got out of the hospital and needs oxygen so I tried again.
