Hi, I play Fast and Furious Legacy and my user name is TÀÄRKYSTØ. I have been playing this game over a year now and I have spent so much time playing. In my playing I have saved a lot of gold by racing and I have brought the 5X premium crate in order to get Hero GTR and I have tried about 6-8 times if not more but I have not managed to get the GTR which I need for my Japanese collection to get the Johnny Trans Honda. I am failing to understand how much I am putting so much effort only for you not to let me get Hero GTR in order to get the Johnny Trans Honda to compete with a lot of players in the game. I can't even make top 100 elite now because I don't have the John Trans Honda. Do I have to buy the 5X premium crate a millions times to get the hero GTR? Please help me understand this because I think I have spent enough with a lot of disappointment in this game. I enjoy the game but a little fairness might help. Even though I feel kinda ridiculous asking. If it's possible for you to find it within you to grant me a second chance. This is without a doubt the best game I've ever played on android, and just thinking about the amount of time and money spent on bettering myself in the game makes me Wana kick my own ass for ever risking getting banned. I know it's a lot to ask, but if there is anyway to show you I've learnt my lesson, or if you want to give me some kinda restrictions in the game for a certain amount of time I understand. I would firstly like to offer my sincere apologies for taking advance of the game, that mod that I had was put on by my friend, and he didn't say anything to me about it being against the rules, he doesn't play anymore so it's possible he didn't know either, although it doesn't take a genius to figure it out. I played dumb and pretended not to know better. And I now see and understand the consequences. I did more research on the mod I had and I now see why it's such a big deal, and again I apologize.

Yesterday I was playing the Mystic portion of the Daily Proving Grounds and had completed the hard side and was working on the easy side when the game closed and I was directed to the play store to download and install the newest edition. Once this was completed, I resumed game play only to find I was at 0% completion for this event. Considering it took me a massive amount of resources to complete the hard side, resources I paid money to acquire, I felt/feel like something should be done to reimburse me for those things.
