I requested a return number for package, but I have not received it as yet. My daughter Ashley Grant purchased a Monterrey dresser recently. MY zip code is 60056. It became and needs full assembly. In the description of product it said fully assembled. I called today and the first customer service representative said in the description it says must assemble. I looked again and it does say COMES FULLY ASSEMBLED. I called the representative again, this time i spoke to Samantha and she admitted that i was right. This is so wrong. She says they will give us 75. 00 credit only I would like at least 150. 00. She just kept saying it is easy to assemble. That is not right. Please call me or write. I am asking for 150. 00 credit please. This is very wrong.

This is my fourth time calling. Each time the expected wait time is less than a minute, however I've continued to wait for up to 25 minutes. Once I was disconnected by the party on the other end. Now I have been on for over 18 minutes and adding. However, I ordered two King size Marilyn Comforter Sets in purple and received one, half of the order. I have emailed, called and are unable to get any response. This type of service is completely unsatisfactory.
