I am at the Succasuna, NJ location to pick up a piece of furniture that was on back order, store hours indicate 10am - it's now 10:30am and the store is still. Closed. What an inconvenience.
I have been looking a various sofas,but now have decided it is not worth the money. I appreciate the story about your product on the news. You really need to make these problems go away before you ruin all of your customers away. I will look elsewhere.
I am a first time buyer of jennifer Convertibles, but let me say it started out all fine. I was told that my order would take four weeks for delivery, but that it would be there on the date. Well as it got closer I had no confirmation call so I began to ring the store I bought the set in. They didn't pick up their phone, three days of calling and no answer. Day of delivery, I keep calling and finally get through to a young man who says, hmmmm i do not see you on the delivery list for toady! Now he tells me one of the pieces has been recalled, and so the whole set can not be delivered! Angry
