We have had our taxes done at the store on 21st in Newark, ohio for 12 yrs. This year's experience was a total mess That's being nice. We were at the store a total of six times to get our taxes finally finished. It was not a good experience. We still have not received our gift card for Wall Mart We even sent a person there

We also heard they gave clients a discount for the problems they were having with that store, but we never got nothing at all. Would I send anyone there again? ABSOLUTELY NOT

I Have E-mailed, Called and waited for some to respond for three days to get my tax forms. Your online service is not working, finally today I spoke to someone at 800 number and they gave me local office phone, but she is not able to help me. What do I do? this is very upsetting that I cannot get my forms. You should have given me my forms when I filed my tax forms so I do not get this runaround.

It all started last year when we had our taxes filed in Walmart location. Lady didn't complete the Hawaii state out correctly, cause we are not a residence we are active duty military. After months of taking off work and calling people, we finally got our state return. Not once did. Jackson and Hewitt offer any help or discount cause of the problems. We had been with the company for awhile we thought maybe just a one time issue, we file our taxes again we explained to the lady exactly what need to be done. Of course she didn't listen and here we are again in the same boat as last year. We have taken off work three times to go in town complete the paper work. And every time they saying lost our paper work or we need additional information from local tax office. I have been trying to contact someone for almost three weeks I spoke with manger Brandon who promise call me back.
