To whom it concern your company had close my accounts down and my daughters account. I been in your company for 7yrs i cant call the service of communicate with you an i use my daughter account to communicate an they disable her as well an she is not a creator she just buy ap yesterday, but cause it the same ip address they feel i in a ring of making things unfit for imvu this wrongly by your suggestions and very angry an hurt it also was my income of a pro creator were there were no bm products made in them accounts just normal products that were made an had the account for 7years.

They deleted my account an i cant communicate with you want my account back this is wrongly of you disable accounts for your purpose I not a creator i just got ap an they disable me an i lost money.. This not good you deleted accounts cause we have a family PC an we have brothers an sisters an a mother that use imvu my mother was a well know creator an had two accounts angelicaqueen an queenfairybutterfly an she very devastated which brought her down bad an her health. You are disable many accounts for no reasons

look you guys banned my IxMakaxI account saying i used and authorized version of the chat, but i do not know what your talking about the only version i use is the one you give us when we download IMVU so please i put to much time and money into my imvu account can i please have it back, i really do not know what you are talking about i honestly haven't been only that much because my college finals were happening one day i get online to cheek my messages an the next i get a email saying i am banned i do not understand. please give me a call on my cell so we can talk about this

Everytime I do the surveys my credits do not come in. right about now i should have at least 100k i did so many surveys and offers. I am very pissed off about it !

The phone number provided by IMVU is not USA customer support. It is outsourced to incompetent Philippine customer support.
The customers support provided by IMVU is by far the worse you can possibly imagine from its incompetent Philippines customer support.
Something needs to be done about this. We as customers have no choice or options other than to put up with the incompetent Philippines customer support.
If you could please do something about your very low quality Philippine customer support, it would be greatly appreciated.

Customer service is crap and has caused me my account and they refuse to discuss this issue with me. I can not talk to them over the phone and they keep copying and pasting the same message to me when I ask various questions. IMVU has costed me my money, my account, my time, my business all just because customer service turned out to cause this issue and they refuse to direct me to a manager and they refuse to talk with me and they refuse to discuss this matter. They will not listen to reason, they do not even read ANY of the help tickets I have sent them. They ignore me. After everything I have given them they refuse to give me service. IMVU stole from me they stole my money, my account, my time, my job even my food -.- IMVU is a lying scam and needs better service if you ask me...

when i was earning some credits i clicked an ad that says that i will earn that much for this ad and when i clicked on it and did a very long survey and it gave me ten credits and if yall do not fix this problem i will tell the people to ban this site because this is not fair ty for your time

IMVU customer service sucks really bad, considering IMVU will only take phone calls for billing information/support. I recommend that IMVU change their so called support and help center and add a customer service phone number for people that really need help with their. Besides the little things leave them on the website so not as much phone calls, but seriously. Almost everyone on IMVU think the so called customer support sucks. I praise that you FIX IT. NO one likes the customer service so please fix it and be more caring about you're costumers. Make it easier for us to gain better and helpful information.
