I financed a vehicle from Hyundai and I was robbed of my identity and of my little money put down by the dealership and what was I told nothing and what did I get in return nothing fucked credit that's what and debt to a friend. That was my first vehicle and the worst experience.
I have called three times and been told that someone w ould contact me in 24 hrs. They never have. I need someone in the reinstatement department as my car has been repossessed and time is running out. I want the car and I need to know what I have to do to get it. I believe my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was repossessed, but cannot get any info from HMFC. The local sheriff also contacted the numbers on the web site to no avail. I need a confirm or deny from HMFC so that may file a stolen vehicle report. The only answer I get " I can not give you that information" What is a person supposed to do. I believe they picked Up the vehicle, but can not verify... Police won't do a report with out correct info. HELP!
