Ms. Edita Locsin On Phone To Hotwire Service
I have a confirmed vacation package since May 14th. Since then, flight schedules have been changed. Now that our trip is two days away, I have been notified that another change needs to been that will cause us to have a layover in Quito Ecuador from Cuenca, Ecuador from 8am 11/5 to 11/6 12:40am flight back to Atlanta, GA if I agree. So far, I have been on the phone since 7:30pm and it's 11:22pm still waiting on the phone for the rep to find a flight that will be at least close to our previous schedule. I am a very regular customer with your company and I am very upset, dissatisfied with this service and aggravation. To top it, I've called hotwire 7x in that period of time to resolve this issue and could not get someone to help in the call centers; two reps did not know what she was talking about, two hung up on me,1 very unprofessional. I requested for a rep from the US who would know how to deal w/ this, but did not get one. I am on hold for almost an hour now and still waiting.
