In November, 2014 i asked a salesman at hibbett sports for shoes for over pronation and flat feet and he suggested and sold me brooks glycerin for $160. 00. the shoes were not what i expected so i went in the store a few days ago and looked at a paper and the shoes are for high arch and under pronation. the district manager refuses a refund because i do not have a receipt.
I have called several times and emailed several times, is there really a live person that works here This is ridiculous I got my mvp reward and printed it, I lost the printed version, but was able to retrieve it threw email, but manager @ the store was not able to use that number, I was told to call you and never got a response, please contact me @ 434 728-5543

I applied for a job as sales associate at Sports Editionsstore number 1227 Meridian, MS. I was not hired at that location. About a week later I saw a help wanted sign on the window ofHibbett Sports in the same mall, Bonita Lakes Mall, Meridian, MS. I inquired in that store and was told that I could not applyfor that job as I had already been interviewed for the job at Sports Editions and would have to wait 90 days to submit another application to work for Hibbett Sports. This policy seems to be unfair. I am a college student and need a job.
My husband and I went into the hibbett store in Palestine tx, the employees never said come in are may I help you it needs to be friendly employees working there I will never go to that store again rude employees.
Hello, i am writing because i recently purchased a pair of shoes from your store in demopolis, alabama and the shoes was given to me mix matched. Once i paid them any attention i called the store and spoke with amber and she told me to bring them back and let her fix the problem after i explain to her that i did not have the ticket nor box and that he had wore them before. Still she told me to bring the problem will be fixed and once i gets to the store she looks at the bottom and says i cannot do anything about them because he has worn them and i stated word from word what she spoke over the phone. So i drove an hour and returned back home with the same problem which i am not happy about because i am a very supportive customer of each store.

I went in to purchase the air Jordan's released 12/20/14 and was told if I wanted them that I would have to pay 400. 00 if I wanted them, this store has been price gauging for years and have a rigged drawing for shoes I know this because a employee told me. There ate select people that are guaranteed to get the latest shoes without any hesitation I have been shopping they're since 2006 and I will be taking my family business elsewhere I order for my flag football team from here, but no more this store is run like a den of thieves and they set their prices and pocket the money.
I just want to say the management you guys got going on at the hibbets at east town mall in Knoxville Tennessee is a joke. I waited four hours this morning for a ticket for the legend blues and then they cancel it. Then they said that they would be raffling it off at 12:00 p. M. Today and tomorrow. I came back at 2:00 p. M. and they said they were sold out of raffle tickets. I'm done with this store they did a lot of people wrong.

I called Hibbett customer service about an issue with a baseball bat. I was given Matt Mitchell's name as the person that could help me, but i have not been able to reach him by phone and he would not return my calls! this is my ten years old grandson's 2nd easton xl3 drop ten senior big barrel bat this year. The first i sent back to easton and was informed that they couldn't replace that particular bat. It dented and cracked. I bought there at Hibbetts in tupelo and after a week it has a large dent. The umpire made us take it out of the game due to the dent. Although i bought the bat a couple of months ago.
It is a 2013 model. I do not care what model he loves the drop ten xl3, but i cannot buy one after every two weeks. I do not know your policy on standing behind what you sell, but at least i think i could get a response.

I own and manage a small company with 17 employees, so I know from time to time we all make mistakes. I was in your Poteau store trying to buy a bat and I ask for a bat expert. I young man came up to me, clean cut and nice, but he didn't know the product or how to properly sell a bat. He directed me to another employee who had a key, but she knew very little herself. So I stood there and read about how to pick out a bat to fit the person. I found a bat and bought it. Just thought you should spend some time training your people, because you have a nice store and we need it to be successful; as I am sure you'd like it to be. Thanks
