I called Hibbett customer service about an issue with a baseball bat. I was given Matt Mitchell's name as the person that could help me but i have not been able to reach him by phone and he would not return my calls! this is my ten years old grandson's 2nd easton xl3 drop 10 senior big barrel bat this year. The first i sent back to easton and was informed that they couldn't replace that particular bat. It dented and cracked. I bought there at Hibbetts in tupelo and after a week it has a large dent. The umpire made us take it out of the game due to the dent. Although i bought the bat a couple of months ago.
It is a 2013 model. I do not care what model he loves the drop 10 xl3 but i cannot buy one after every two weeks. I do not know your policy on standing behind what you sell but at least i think i could get a response.

I went to purchase a pair of Jordan at the Jordan release and wasn't allowed to purchase anything else to go with the shoes. and on top all that the manager was rude.

I own & manage a small company with 17 employees, so I know from time to time we all make mistakes. I was in your Poteau store trying to buy a bat & I ask for a bat expert. I young man came up to me, clean cut & nice, but he didn't know the product or how to properly sell a bat. He directed me to another employee who had a key, but she knew very little herself. So I stood there & read about how to pick out a bat to fit the person. I found a bat & bought it. Just thought you should spend some time training your people, because you have a nice store & we need it to be successful; as I'm sure you'd like it to be. Thanks

Hi I just left a store in Columbus. I beleive there was a misunderstanding on my part or the salesmens part about a discount text I received on a item I tried to use it on. I would like someone higher up to contact me to settle this misunderstanding. Thank you in advance!
