I have prepaid roaming SIM card and doesn't have any signal and it was inserted on my phone for three days now, still no signal at all. And my brother from the phials load my cell, but still no signal. Please help me to have a signal to my cell. Is there any toll free number that i can call from Canada. Thank you so much.
When people are calling me,they only reach three rings and gets a voice prompt or gets cut off. Some callers will only get one ring and get cut. They all end up texting me or just leaving missed calls. This has been going on for months now, but only to selected callers. Mostly are globe subscribers too.

Globe wake up theres a lot of people complaining about yourservice.our broadband also is not in ccondition for almost a month globe send technician, but they cannot resolve the problem..they say the same old story that the modem is old we must replace for the new one, but there new broadband also doesnt work,.we went to sm rosales pangasinan to complaint, but they do not have a clear explanantion..kakabwisit na kau....
hello..our broadband is not working this is a month ago.my mum went to complained to globe bayombong nueva vizcaya branch, but nothing happened,instead they gve my mum a hotline ,how many times they rang this hotline, but no help from them .all we need is a technician to go and have a look.any advice?suggestion?one more thing we still paying our monthly bill even thou broadband is not working ...pls pay attention to all your valued customer .....we had the same problem mr jefferson.
