Well. I spent $9. 99 on this game TWICE. And it glitches every time I use it. I downloaded it on my husbands brand new computer. And it WORKS FINE. But when I try on mine. It GLITCHES. And it's slow. I purchased Elementals - Mystery of Mortlake Mansion and Alexander the Great Triple Pack, but when I try to download it, I get an Http error apache attack, it is saying the server cannot be used. I have downloaded many games from you and have never had this problem. I am running Windows 8. one, Internet Explorer. I have two Windows defender and Malware; I ran both for viruses and came up clean. I updated and restarted my computer, and nothing helps. I have no other issues with re-downloading purchased games from Game house, just this one.

I have contacted your customer service through your game house web sit and each time it appears I log on it charges me a service fee of $19. 95. I do not mind paying for one month since I renewed my membership in December, but charged 11 times and still getting charge time I log in. I have bought no games and only down loaded two free games as the terms and the condition of Fin pass allows. Your company now have made so many charges on my credit card that it has went over my limit. This is not my fault, but I have a mess now and cannot pay my other online accounts. I need you to fix this issue cause playing my games is my relaxation. You have no current or correct number to speak to someone on the phone like you use to so how are your customers suppose to get your help?
