Well. I spent $9. 99 on this game TWICE. And it glitches every time I use it. I downloaded it on my husbands brand new computer. And it WORKS FINE. But when I try on mine. It GLITCHES. And it's slow. Guess I just have to wait until I get a new computer. As On my old Toshiba (switched my hard drive to my husband other Toshiba laptop) it was working fine on mine. But when I switched it it stop working. HELP.

I played the trial of regency solitaire and then purchased the game. I can download the game and install it but when i try to unlock the game it says "authentication failed, try again'". What is wrong. I had a change of name but have changed that online.

I purchased Elementals - Mystery of Mortlake Mansion and Alexander the Great Triple Pack, but when I try to download it, I get an Http error apache attack, it is saying the server cannot be used. I have downloaded many games from you and have never had this problem. I am running Windows 8. one, Internet Explorer. I have two Windows defender and Malware; I ran both for viruses and came up clean. I updated and restarted my computer, and nothing helps. I have no other issues with re-downloading purchased games from Game house, just this one.
Cannot contact GH customer service via phone. Just get a fast busy signal. I cannot log onto my FunPass account. I have been a customer of GH for about three years. In the beginning, GH had a user friendly help desk with a real phone number. I miss that.
