I accidentally order an extra device, but I can not get a refund or in contact with anyone. Not a good start with this company.
I've sent out email couple of times regarding to a wrong charge in my account, but did not receive any response within a month. I tried to call, but waited for 20 minutes, but unable to get anyone answer. How long would you expect me to wait for your response ?
I can not get a reply on my emails.
There nO one is helping. I am on hold for hours. I want a refund.

Trying to find out why I cannot attach photos to an email from my computer. Tried to call for help, calls could not be completed.
Chastity your rep said she'd call back, but her tone suggested. She didn't believe me. Is there no way to see if thr Wi-Fi gizmo's was ever activated and /or used?
NO my issue has not been resolved. I ordered a freedom pop in. Late March. I later called when my laptop was not repairable This call took place within three days of order. I was assured I called within the buyers remorse period I never rec'd the device BUT I've been charged $13. 98 every month since March. My calculations shows your company owes me $125. 82 and I world like a refund check in that amount. I have a WalMart Money Card. It"ll take 7-10 days to refund it to my card. WM MoneyCard assures me a check will faster although as long as my money is returned forthwith Ido not care which way. Urwfund itI spoke w/ Chastity @ the number provided on your website. WalMart Money Card does not provide a monthly statement. Its a prepaid debit card. I only learned of the missing $ 125. 82. To say I disgusted is an understatement?
